‘Teen Mom OG’: Farrah Abraham Has Opinions About Her Former Cast Mates
Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2, may follow the lives of several teenage mothers as they navigate the pitfalls of starting families young, but producers probably never bargained for the real-life drama that has been brewing between cast mates in recent months. Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood have taken shots at each other on Twitter. Evans and her husband, David Eason, have also snapped at Kailyn Lowry via social media. Now, former Teen Mom OG star, Farrah Abraham has jumped into the mix, and she has a lot of opinions about the ladies she used to share a television network with.
Farrah Abraham spoke candidly with TMZ about Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans
Abraham caught up with TMZ to discuss the drama that has been going down with her former castmates. While Evans and Abraham technically appeared on different installments of the franchise, their paths have crossed in the past. Abraham suggested that Evans had “failed as a mother.”
The mother of one, who spent much of her summer in Dubai stated, “…and for her to choose a horrible man over her kids, she’s a failure as a mom. … I don’t think any woman who chooses a man and abuse over her children is in the right state of mind to have kids.” Abraham was referring to Evans’ recent custody battle after her husband allegedly shot and killed the family dog. The police, however, believe the claims that the animal was killed to be dubious, at best. In fact, the police have accused Evans of staging the entire event as a PR stunt.
Abraham didn’t just talk about Evans. She was also willing to call out Amber Portwood on her recent arrest. Portwood was arrested in the early morning hours of July 5 after she allegedly attacked her live-in boyfriend. The mother of two has been charged with multiple felonies and could face jail time. She has also been ordered to stay away from her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon and their 1-year-old son, James.
Abraham insisted that Portwood, too, has failed as a mother. She went on to suggest she saw the arrest coming and believes the troubled star doesn’t belong on television, according to Us Magazine
Jenelle Evans claps back at Farrah Abraham
Evans has always had a bit of a short fuse when people start talking about her, but that fuse has gotten a lot shorter in recent weeks. The former reality TV star went quiet on Twitter in the weeks after her children were removed from her custody but has come back full force after her case was suddenly dismissed.
Shortly after Abraham’s comments were made public, Evans took to Twitter to clap back. The former Teen Mom 2 star, in a now-deleted Tweet, accused Abraham of prostituting her body since leaving MTV behind. Abraham’s current employment situation is a bit of a mystery, but Evans claims to have the inside scoop.
After deleting the tweet, Evans posted a link to a story about Abraham allegedly endangering her child when she left her alone to go to work. In 2018 it was reported that Abraham was supposedly working as a “high-class hooker.” Proof of the allegations has never been released.
Are there any Teen Mom stars who aren’t feuding?
While Abraham, Portwood, and Evans seem to be duking it out on social media, there are a few Teen Mom stars that seem to be getting along just fine. Kailyn Lowry recently vacationed in Hawaii with Leah Messer, and the Teen Mom 2 ladies seem to have had a great time.
Chelsea Houska is keeping things quiet, too. The mother of three is planning to release a clothing line. There is no drama to report from Maci Bookout either. Both teen moms are focused on doing their job and raising their families; it would seem.
