Teresa Giudice Confirms She’s Not Leaving ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Until Bravo Tells Her To
Teresa Giudice helped start The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and she insists she plans to see things through. As the last remaining original cast member, much of the drama on the Bravo series has centered around Giudice. While that was all fun and games in past seasons, season 14 has been both tense and disappointing. There have even been rumors that Giudice plans to walk away from the show. She recently set the record straight.
Teresa Giudice won’t be quitting ‘RHONJ’
Last week, rumors swirled that Teresa Giudice was considering walking away from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. An insider who spoke to Ok Magazine alleged that Giudice had found filming for season 14 taxing and that she was enjoying her break so much that she might not be willing to return.
While the insider was fairly confident their information was all wrong. Recently, Giudice sat down to address the rumors that she was considering walking away from the series. During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark, Giudice made it clear that if she doesn’t show up on The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15, it won’t be because she quit. Teresa Giudice told the hosts that she would leave RHONJ when Bravo told her to. She won’t be leaving a moment sooner than that.
Fans think the writing is already on the wall
While Giudice seems confident she’ll be spending more time on TV, fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey aren’t so sure. While Giudice insists she’s staying until Bravo says otherwise, it seems unlikely that she thinks the end is near. Fans of the series believe the end of her assignment is fast approaching.
Andy Cohen himself seemed to shore up rumors that Giudice and many of her castmates will be headed for the door once season 14 officially wraps up. The canceled reunion special was the first indication that Bravo was planning a massive cast shakeup following the fractured and awkward season. More recently, Andy Cohen revealed that he thinks a “rebranding” of the installment is in order now that the castmates can’t even be in the same room together. Cohen made the revelation on a recent episode of Andy Cohen Live, his SiriusXM show. He also said that Bravo would be figuring “something out” ahead of the show’s next season.
Cohen stopped short of explaining what the reality TV network has up its sleeve. Still, fans feel certain that several cast members will be booted. Whether Teresa Giudice is one of them remains to be seen, though.
