There’s a lot to be thankful for in the Tanner House. Uncle Jesse is thankful for his hair, Joey is thankful for cartoons, and Danny is thankful that they’re all together as a family.

In fact, viewers of this original sitcom, and its Netflix original spinoff, spent a few Thanksgivings with this family. Here are all of the Thanksgiving episodes of Full House and Fuller House.

Season 1 of ‘Full House’ has ‘The Miracle of Thanksgiving’

In this season 1 episode, it’s the first time DJ, Stephanie, and Michelle are having Thanksgiving without their mother. As a result, DJ takes it upon herself to cook to dinner, including the turkey, and “Mom’s Picture Perfect Pumpkin Pie.”

Things don’t exactly go as planned and it’s up to Danny and the boys to save Thanksgiving. They even have a heart-to-heart about Danny’s wife, (and Jesse’s sister,) Pam, and some of the memories they shared together.

‘Fuller Thanksgiving’ on ‘Fuller House’

The sixth episode of season 2 is the first time that fans are reunited with the Tanner sisters for Thanksgiving. DJ is hosting and even though she normally has things totally under control, things get derailed when Joey and his crazy kids show up without RSVP-ing.

Danny’s acting strangely relaxed about everything and Kimmy and Fernando… well… they’re being themselves. Don’t worry, though. In true Fuller House fashion, everything works out in the end.

‘Fuller House’ Season 5 titled ‘Cold Turkey’

After studying and months of preparation, Fernando finally became a United States citizen and he’s ready to celebrate in the only way he knows how — through song. There’s only one problem, this thanksgiving is at DJ’s house again but Stephanie insisted on cooking the dinner.

DJ can’t give up control that easily, especially when she learns that Stephanie is going the healthy route. Stephanie gets so mad about that that she decides to go for a drive in Joey’s red car. After accidentally throwing it in reverse, the car crashes right through the kitchen window. (Sounds familiar?)

There are a few Halloween and Christmas episodes featuring the Tanner Family

There are a few holidays that fans spent with DJ, Stephanie, and the rest of the Tanners. One Christmas they spent together in an airport after trying to fly home to Danny’s family. For another Christmas, Steve and Joey both dressed as Santa.

One Halloween Stephanie battles her fear of going to the dentist. Valentine’s Day is just as special in the Tanner house, with Danny giving DJ a blue sweater she wanted for one year. It got ruined shortly after, but DJ was still super grateful.

Fuller House is available for streaming on Netflix. Most episodes of Full House are available for streaming on Hulu.
