‘The Bachelor’: Madison Prewett Shares What She Looks for in a Boyfriend
Former bachelor Peter Weber ended his engagement with Hannah Ann Sluss because he still had feelings for Madison Prewett. The pilot finished his season sitting next to Madison with the intention of finding out if they could make a relationship work.
Madison Prewett and Peter Weber ‘proved [Barb] right’
Ultimately, Peter says he and Madison “proved his mom right” and decided they didn’t have enough in common to be together.
“We took a couple days, it was a lot of long conversations, a lot of tears, a lot of smiles, a lot of every kind of emotion, a lot of back and forth. But we finally got to a place where we realized with everything that’s happened, this isn’t necessarily the best foundation to be starting a relationship,” Madison said in an interview with Off The Vine.
“Madi and I have mutually decided to not pursue our relationship any further. Believe me this was not easy for either of us to be ok with, but after a lot of honest conversations, we have agreed that this is what makes most sense for the two of us. The love and respect I have for Madi will continue to endure,” Peter wrote on Instagram of his and Madison’s decision.
Madison Prewett is currently single
Right now, Madison isn’t dating. She’s concentrating on herself after being on The Bachelor.
“After I go through something big in life — like a breakup, a transition, a move, a change, anything like that — I really try and take time to make sure my heart is in the best place. That my heart, mind, and body are all healthy,” she told Elite Daily. “I take time to really get back to the best version of myself and make sure I’m in a great place.”
Madison said she hasn’t “even considered dates.” Though there have been plenty of suitors.
“Anybody who’s asked, I’ve just been like, ‘Look, I’m just focusing on myself right now,’” she said.
