‘The Bachelor’ Scoop on Matt James’ 5 New Girls — 1 Contestant Makes It To Hometowns
On The Bachelor Season 25 with lead Matt James, five new women show up during episode 4 to shake things up. The other women in the house are not happy to see the newcomers. They do have a reason to be worried because one of the new women makes it to hometowns.
[Spoiler alert: Potential spoilers about who Matt James ends up with on The Bachelor Season 25.]
‘The Bachelor’: Who are Matt James’ 5 new women?
When episode four of The Bachelor begins, James’ women are happy to have a week free of drama since Sarah Trott self-eliminated last week. However, they spoke too soon. They might be feeling comfortable, but the producers know how to shake things up. The five new women who enter in episode four are Brittany Galvin, Catalina Morales, Kim Li, Michelle Young, and Ryan Claytor.
Brittany is a 23-year-old model from Chicago, Illinois. She calls herself a “serial monogamist” and is single for the first time in a long time.
Some viewers might recognize 29-year-old Catalina because she was crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico in 2015. She also is a practicing attorney in New York City. Having children is very important to her, and she says it’s an instant deal-breaker if her man doesn’t want to have a family.
Kim is an ICU nurse from Los Angeles, California. This 28-year-old is ready to take a break from working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic and find love.
26-year-old Ryan is a dancer and choreographer who lives in Brooklyn, New York. Her time on The Bachelor won’t be her first TV stint. According to Ryan’s Instagram profile, she is also a dancer on FX’s POSE.
Lastly, 27-year-old Michelle joins The Bachelor in episode 4 and might be the one to win James’ heart.
Who is Matt James’ contestant, Michelle Young, on ‘The Bachelor’?
Michelle finds she has several things in common with James — they both love to help America’s youth. While James helps children in underprivileged schools in New York City, Michelle teaches elementary school in Edina, Minnesota. According to her ABC biography, she “focuses on preparing her students to be the next generation of community leaders.”
That’s not the only thing the two have in common. Michelle is a former Division I basketball player, and James played professional football as a wide receiver. They have similar passions. Michelle is looking for someone to start a family with, and she hopes that it’s James.
How far does Michelle make it with James?
According to Reality Steve Carbone — who spoils The Bachelor and it’s spin-offs every season — Michelle makes it to the final two with Matt James. Her family travels to Nemacolin resort for the “Hometowns” date. She also participates in overnights with James. However, in the end, he chooses Rachael Kirkconnell over Michelle.
