The Bachelor and The Bachelorette franchise producers keep the episodes running like a well-oiled machine. The current season of The Bachelor airs the finale episode tonight, March 14, 2022, on ABC. The “After the Final Rose” airs tomorrow. That means fans only have a few months to wait before the next season of The Bachelorette gets rolling. Although, Reality Steve already has an idea about the identity of your next Bachelorette.

The lead for the following season of ‘The Bachelorette’ typically comes from the current season of ‘The Bachelor’

It’s rare if fans of The Bachelor franchise have to wait more than a few weeks before another show arrives on their television screens. The producers pluck one of the women or men from whichever season is currently airing. Then, they cast them as the lead in the next Bachelor or Bachelorette. The show’s host announces the lead during the “After the Final Rose” episode, and it’s usually someone well-liked by fans.

So far, a few Bachelor Nation members gave their thoughts on who they would like to see as the next lead in The Bachelorette. Teddi Wright, who Clayton awarded the First Impression Rose this season, said she would love to have a shot at the role. Serene Russell also said she would consider it if the opportunity arose.

Several people mentioned Susie Evans as their go-to choice. Many fans previously thought producers were giving Susie the infamous “Bachorette edit.”

However, Reality Steve has his eyes on someone else.

Reality Steve thinks Gabby Windey will be your next lead

Gabby won hearts over very quickly during this season of The Bachelor with Clayton. Her quirky sense of humor and easy-going personality endeared her to fans, as well as Clayton. In teasers for The Bachelor finale, both Gabby and Rachel get their hearts broken when Clayton admits to falling in love with each of them. However, despite this, Reality Steve says it’s Susie who Clayton ultimately chooses in the end. 

Just hours before the finale airs, Reality Steve revealed several new spoilers about The Bachelor finale. This includes who he thinks will win the role of the next Bachelorette. The reality TV blogger made it clear this was only his guess, but who else is more qualified to make a guess like that?

He wrote, “I expect the Bachelorette announcement to come Tuesday night, and my GUESS right now is it’s gonna be Gabby. Nothing solid, not confirmed, but after hearing some more things this weekend, that’s who I’m leaning toward.”

Fans will also likely meet some of the contestants for the next season of ‘The Bachelorette’

In the past, producers introduced fans to some of the contestants they’ll see during the following season of The Bachelorette. Reality Steve expects that to happen again.

“At our Bachelorette announcement, I expect them to bring out 5 guys from her season like they have in the past, since all the guys on the next season arrived in LA this weekend and have been quarantined. I only have one guy I know for sure, and others I thought I had looked to be cut last minute since they’re active on Instagram,” he explained in a recent post.

For now, fans should prepare for the dramatic conclusion of Clayton’s season of The Bachelor. The action starts tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC.
