Meanwhile, Brandon continued to grow his relationship with Michelle on his next group date in week 3 of The Bachelorette. The cast member brought the lead on stage as he recited a heartfelt poem dedicated to her. Brandon got even more vulnerable during the evening portion of the date, and he told producers he was really starting to fall in love with Michelle.
At the end of the night, The Bachelorette star gave Brandon the group date rose. Michelle also shared that she picked Brandon because she felt safe with him during the date. Then the contestant said it was an “extreme privilege” to earn another rose because it validated that she liked him for who he was.

“Ladies and gentlemen, because of this incredible Queen and the strong connection we have created… I am honored to officially announce that I have become the first ever bachelorette contestant to receive two back to back group date roses,” Brandon wrote on Instagram alongside two rose emojis. “#wemakinghistory @bacheloretteabc @bachelornation”
Meanwhile, some Bachelorette fans pointed out that winning two group date roses definitely means Brandon is one to watch.
“I’m telling you…. I was so surprised when it happened,” a fan wrote on Instagram. “Michelle wasn’t messing around with her roses. Y’all, don’t sleep on Brandon.”
What is next for Michelle Young and Brandon Jones in ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 18?
It’s clear that Brandon is one of Michelle’s frontrunners in The Bachelorette Season 18. The contestant won two group dates, and many viewers are hoping the two get a one-on-one soon. But while Brandon won’t be getting a solo date in episode 4, it seems he’ll still make an impression in the next episode on Nov. 8.
When speaking on the Click Bait podcast, The Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, teased what they saw when they hosted Michelle’s next group date. The WWE stars revealed that Joe Coleman and Brandon were their favorites. Then Nikki hinted how Michelle felt about Brandon during their cameo.
“After that competition, [my money’s] on Joe or Brandon,” she said. “Brandon’s young. But Michelle likes him a lot.”
While Brandon is only 26-years-old, he’s already shown many Bachelor Nation viewers that he’s serious about Michelle. Now, it seems like the couple’s romance will continue to flourish in episode 4. But can it go the distance? Only time will tell.
