‘The Bachelorette’: Does Cary Fetman Style Hosts Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe?
The Bachelorette returns for season 18, and that means all new looks for Michelle Young. Michelle has already worn some gorgeous gowns that fans are gushing over. The hosts of season 18, Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe are also dressing to impress. Long-time fans know that Cary Fetman has been styling the bachelorette for years, but does he also put together the outfits of the hosts?
Does the bachelorette have a stylist?
Fetman has been styling the bachelorette for quite some time, and it’s no simple task. Fetman gets to know each bachelorette and their unique style to select an array of clothes for them. “Because of the amount and stuff, I shop wherever I see something I like,” Fetman told Style Mag Daily.
“Of course, we do the basics. We do the malls, like Bloomingdale’s. We also do Beverly Hills. We do Neiman’s, Saks, Barney’s. We do online. We do in the store. There’s so much stuff that you have to get.”
Then the fitting begins. “Literally, when the first fitting happens, there’s probably 45 racks of clothes. four full racks of just gowns and you start off with so much because you’re just getting a chance to first really meet the person,” Fetman said. With all the work that goes into styling the bachelorette, fans have been wondering if Fetman styles the new hosts of The Bachelorette as well.
Does Cary Fetman style Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe?
Kaitlyn and Tayshia took over as hosts of The Bachelorette following Chris Harrison’s exit from the franchise. They hosted Katie Thurston’s season and are continuing as hosts for Michelle’s season. So far, fans are swooning over Michelle’s looks. During night 1, she wore an elegant sequined Randi Rahm gown.
“I knew I wanted to create something sleek with openness that is still a classy and sophisticated look,” Rahm told Page Six. “With Michelle’s elegant beauty and stature, I felt she was the perfect fit for this architectural piece.”
Adams and Bristowe also dressed to impress during night 1. The women coordinated in stunning all-black outfits. Fetman does seem to be styling the pair’s outfits during The Bachelorette. “Always love playing dress-up with @kaitlynbristowe and @tayshia. All the first-night details below!” Fetman wrote on a photo of the women from night 1. Krystine Couch, a co-stylist on The Bachelorette, is also credited in the photo for styling the women.
Fetman coordinates Tayshia and Kaitlyn’s looks
It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into, not only styling the hosts and bachelorette but coordinating their outfits and choosing the perfect looks for dates. During one of Katie’s group dates, Fetman dressed the women in denim outfits and cowboy hats while they watched the men wrestle in the mud.
This season, it will be interesting to see how Fetman continues to coordinate Michelle, Tayshia, and Kaitlyn’s outfits. Hopefully, Bachelor Nation has some amazing looks and exciting group dates to look forward to.
