[Spoiler alert: The Bachelorette Season 16 Episode 4.] Tayshia Adams’ journey on The Bachelorette Season 16 has officially begun, and Bachelor Nation fans are so ready to watch the new lead fall in love. But did Adams already tease how her story ends? Recently, the BIP alum shared whether she’ll be spending the holiday season with someone special.

Tayshia Adams replaces Clare Crawley on ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 16

In The Bachelorette Season 16 on Nov. 5, Adams was introduced as the new lead after Clare Crawley and Dale Moss got engaged. Adams stepped out of the limo and met with host Chris Harrison. Naturally, she was excited about her upcoming adventure. However, there was a small seed of doubt.

“I know that this process moved very quickly, and you start to invest in feelings early on,” Adams said. “I don’t know if that’s the case with some of them. And if so, I’m more than happy to have that conversation with them … if I’m not right for them.”

She later added, “I think this is the right moment in time. I wouldn’t be standing here if it wasn’t meant to be — and here I am.”

Tayshia Adams answers whether she has a ‘special man’ in her life now

On the Nov. 5 episode of the Click Bait podcast, Hannah Ann Sluss and Joe Amabile teased Adams about her new role as The Bachelorette Season 16 lead. Of course, when the podcast was released, the switch-up wasn’t confirmed. So Adams couldn’t exactly confirm and deny any of the allegations.

Nevertheless, Adams still managed to answer a few of her co-hosts’ questions. And at one point, Amabile even asked Adams whether she would spend the holidays with anyone special.

“Tayshia, are you spending Christmas with any man besides your father this year?” Amabile said. Adams laughed and replied, “Yes… I have brothers.” Then when Amabile asked whether the 30-year-old had a “special man” in her life, Adams said, “I don’t.”

“You guys, I’m just going to be with my family,” she continued. “In fact, my sister’s gonna be home for Christmas. I haven’t seen her in a whole year because she’s in the Navy, and it’s been really hard. So I’m really excited to see her.”

Now, does this mean anything in regards to Adams’ journey on The Bachelorette? Not necessarily. Whether the Paradise alum has a special someone to bring home for the holidays, she’s been pretty tight-lipped about her time on the ABC reality series.

In the same podcast, Adams wouldn’t say anything about her appearance, even after the franchise highlighted her pool entrance in the Oct. 27 trailer. “What do you mean? I don’t know what you guys are talking about,” Adams said when asked about her new Bachelorette role
