The Bachelorette Season 21 finale shows Jenn Tran making the most significant decision of the season. She brought Devin Strader and Marcus Shoberg to the end of the season, and she has very different relationships with both men. While Jenn loves Devin and knows he’s ready for an engagement, her romance with Marcus is less stable. However, she seems to have a stronger draw toward Marcus despite his apprehension regarding getting engaged.

Several women have spoken out against Marcus durinThe Bachelorette Season 21’s airing. Insiders suggest that Marcus contacted his exes before getting cast for the show. He also allegedly said he wasn’t ready for a relationship or an engagement before meeting Jenn. Now, another insider says Jenn’s brother, James Tran, was warned about Marcus’s unsavory character while filming was happening.

“[Marcus’ exes] were worried for Jenn,” the insider told Life & Style. “James was told that Marcus is a ‘toxic, narcissistic, pathological liar.’”

A preview for The Bachelorette Season 21 finale shows tension between Jenn and her family regarding her final two men. Jenn’s mom tells her that she thinks she needs more time to decide what’s best. Jenn’s brother seems skeptical of who Jenn has chosen thus far.

The Bachelorette Season 21 finale will show Jenn Tran’s family meeting Devin Strader and Marcus Shoberg. The men will have to answer tough questions about what they envision their future with Jenn. Unfortunately, Marcus can’t give Jenn’s mother straight answers about his feelings.

“I want to get there for her,” Marcus says about his feelings while talking with Jenn’s mom and another family member.

“So, you’re not ready for an engagement?” Jenn’s mom clarifies.

“I didn’t think that that conversation was gonna go the way that it went,” Marcus tells the cameras.

Jenn’s brother, James Tran, also seems to speak to her about his concerns regarding Marcus. “Your history with people who are emotionally unavailable — how long are you willing to wait?” James asks Jenn candidly.

“My brother is right,” she says. “I don’t want to repeat history.”

At the end of the preview, Marcus tells Jenn he loves her and doesn’t want to “give up” on their romance.

So, who does Jenn Tran choose at the end of The Bachelorette Season 21 finale? According to spoilers from Reality Steve, Jenn chooses Devin Strader. Devin and Jenn leave the show engaged.

However, that’s not the end of their story. Devin and Jenn don’t last, as Devin allegedly breaks up with Jenn at some point after their engagement.

“I do not know why he ended [the engagement] with her,” Reality Steve posted. “I can’t imagine him looking good in any of this because this is a guy that essentially love-bombed Jenn from hometown dates on. He clearly had no problem telling Jen over and over again how much he loved her, how much he was in love with her.”

The Bachelorette Season 21 finale airs on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
