‘The Bachelorette’ Season 21: Are Jenn Tran and Devin Strader Still Together?
ABC’s The Bachelorette Season 21 finale is here, and fans get to see who Jenn Tran chooses to get engaged to. Jenn brought Marcus Shoberg and Devin Strader to Hawaii as her final two men. Are Jenn Tran and Devin Strader still together after ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 21?
Jenn Tran and Devin Strader had a strong connection from the start of The Bachelorette Season 21. Devin made his presence known amongst the other men by carving out individual time with Jenn whenever possible. He made Jenn feel special as soon as he met her, which caused tension in the house between himself and the other contestants.
According to The Bachelorette Season 21 spoilers from Reality Steve, Jenn chooses Devin in the end, and Devin gets down on one knee for Jenn. While Jenn fell hard and fast in love with Marcus Shoberg, Marcus’ feelings for Jenn weren’t as strong. Jenn chose Devin knowing Devin was all-in with their romance.
So, are Devin and Jenn still together? Reality Steve says the couple broke up at some point after the finale and a few weeks before the After the Final Rose special. Devin ended the engagement with Jenn.
“I do not know why he ended [the engagement] with her,” Reality Steve posted. “I can’t imagine him looking good in any of this because this is a guy that essentially love-bombed Jenn from hometown dates on. He clearly had no problem telling Jen over and over again how much he loved her, how much he was in love with her.”
‘The Bachelorette’ producers seemed to film the breakup post-finale
The Bachelorette Season 21 finale will show Jenn Tran and Devin Strader leaving the show engaged. However, fans will also likely see their breakup. Reality Steve notes that a new promo for the finale shows Jenn looking “solemn” in a brown jumpsuit that she did not wear while in Hawaii during the finale, which proves that producers followed her and Devin after their engagement.
“I have a pit in my stomach, and I don’t know what to do with it,” Jenn says during the 15-second finale clip posted to Instagram. She’s then seen standing beside a desk and chair while wearing a brown jumpsuit, which producers filmed after the Hawaii proposal. “My entire life, I’ve been pouring into people. I have a history of being with men who aren’t giving me everything that I need and deserve.”
“She did not have that outfit on anywhere in Hawaii,” Reality Steve clarified again. ” … I’m just telling you this happened post-filming, post-Hawaii, so they filmed something.”
Jenn Tran hinted at post-show trouble in a recent interview
Fans watching The Bachelorette Season 21 expected a never-before-seen “unprecedented” ending. While speaking to Good Morning America, Jenn Tran hinted at the engagement going awry.
“That moment with Jesse [Palmer] in which he asked me if I was sure if I was going to do this or not, I guess I can say now, I’m still not sure if I should have done that or not,” Jenn hinted. “I would say that it’s a very emotional one, and there are lots of twists and turns, lots of surprises.”
Jenn added that she envisioned her life with Marcus Shoberg revolving around healing each other. However, with Devin Strader, she felt they were “unwaveringly there for each other” by the finale.
