It has only been a few months since we watched Joey Graziadei pick Kelsey Anderson at the end of The Bachelor. Still, the time has come for The Bachelorette, and with its premiere comes spoilers. A recent spoiler suggests at least one contestant on Jenn Tran’s season will self-eliminate, but the reason is pretty compelling.

[Spoiler alert: The Bachelorette Season 21 spoilers ahead.]

Jenn Tran’s season of ‘The Bachelorette’ will have atleast one contestant self-eliminate, according to spoilers

It seems like we see plenty of contestants self-eliminate from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Apparently, this year won’t be any different. According to intel received by Reality Steve, at least one contestant in Jenn Tran’s season will be heading home after self-eliminating from the competition. That contestant will already look familiar to fans of the franchise. According to insiders, Aaron Erb, whose twin brother, Noah Erb, appeared on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, will choose to leave the competition during week 3.

According to Reality Steve, Aaron will be self-eliminating from the series for a pretty noble reason. The podcaster and The Bachelorette spoilers expert, Steve Carbone, revealed the 29-year-old twin excused himself from the competition after the U.S. Air Force called him to return to flight school. Erb will reportedly get a “hero’s edit” because of the reason for his departure.

Could Aaron Erb become the next bachelor thanks to self-eliminating?

While Erb leaves the competition after just a few weeks, according to The Bachelorette spoilers, we can’t help but wonder if we’ll be seeing more of him. If the information on Erb’s departure is correct, he sure has a compelling story. Assuming he’s as likable on screen as he seems on social media, we can totally see him becoming the next The Bachelor.

It wouldn’t be the first time in recent history that a self-eliminated contestant became the next lead. Joan Vassos, who self-eliminated from The Golden Bachelor for an equally noble reason, is currently filming The Golden Bachelorette. Sure, we are still months away from discovering who the next bachelor will be, but it never hurts to offer an early prediction.
