Many Bachelorette fans are itching to find out who wins Michelle Young’s heart in the Dec. 21 finale. But it looks like the ending is a lot more complicated than some viewers think. Recently, ABC dropped a few Bachelorette finale spoilers hinting how Michelle really feels about Brandon Jones and Nayte Olukoya leading up to the final rose ceremony. So here’s what the lead revealed.

Who is left in Michelle Young’s final two in ‘The Bachelorette’ 2021?
As mentioned, Brandon and Nayte are the final two for Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette. Nayte is an early frontrunner, and he won the first impression rose in the premiere. However, the ABC reality series seems to be questioning whether Nayte is ready to get engaged to Michelle.
Meanwhile, Brandon had a slow but steady journey with Michelle. Early on, Brandon won two of Michelle’s group date roses in a row. He has also been open about his strong feelings for the bachelorette, even asking Michelle’s parents for their daughter’s hand in marriage.
Michelle Young on Nayte Olukoya ahead of ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 18 finale
During Fantasy Suite week in The Bachelorette Season 18, Michelle admitted that she was “in love” with Nayte. Then in a new promo on Twitter and Instagram for the grand finale on Dec. 21, Nayte and Michelle go on their final date together. They visit a shaman, who tells the two to open up.
At first, Nayte says he wants to release the nerves and fear he feels about the unknown, and he laughs. Then when speaking with producers, Michelle notes that her contestant is trying. However, she felt like Nayte was “uneasy,” and she wanted more from him.
That said, The Bachelorette already spoiled that Nayte does get vulnerable with Michelle in the end. In a separate promo, the 28-year-old teacher says her family wants to know that he’ll be there to support her. Then Nayte says he wants to be next to Michelle in the future, and he admits he’s terrified of possibly losing her.
Michelle also says she’s scared of loving someone more than they love her. And when speaking with producers, the bachelorette says, “If you care you have to show it.” Now, are Nayte’s words enough to ensure Michelle he’s ready to get engaged? We’ll see.
Michelle Young on Brandon Jones ahead of the final episode of ‘The Bachelorette’
Ahead of The Bachelorette finale on Dec. 21, ABC dropped a new promo spoiling that Michelle is in love with Brandon. Previously, the lead only told Nayte how she was feeling during Fantasy Suite week. But in the new teaser on Twitter, Michelle tells Brandon exactly where her head is during their one-on-one date.
“I feel like I’m already in love with you,” Michelle says. “I do, I really am in love with you, too.”
Then Brandon tells producers that he’s going to “marry” Michelle. Meanwhile, it seems Michelle’s mom, VaVonne, approves of the contestant. In another clip from the The Bachelorette finale, Brandon says he is in love with Michelle, and he wants to get married. Then LaVonne says she wants that for them.
“I would be so happy if you’re here in the end,” Michelle’s mom tells Brandon.
Clearly, Michelle has a difficult decision to make. Both men have already shown that they are extraordinary. But from the new teasers, it looks like Brandon might have a leg up on Nayte. However, it’s too early to tell. Stay tuned.
