The Florida native made it to the final ring ceremony on The Bachelorette but was left heartbroken when Fletcher turned down his marriage proposal.

Life after ‘The Bachelorette’

Since his time on The Bachelorette, a lot has changed for Hayes. He might have left his first season on television heartbroken, but he did not give up on romance or the limelight.

Previously a pool man, Hayes now focuses on modeling, acting, reality TV appearances, and social media influencing. The Bachelorette alum has been the face of popular brands like Truly.

In addition to helping other companies advertise their goods and services, Hayes started his own company. According to Screen Rant, Hayes founded Rebella, which focuses on brand development, influencer marketing, talent management, and creative partnerships. Since its inception, the marketing company has enjoyed great success. Its client list includes big celebrities like Avril Lavigne and the popular clothing brand Vineyard Vines.

Appearances on various reality TV shows

Although Hayes had his heart broken on national TV, he did not give up on love or reality television. A little over a year after his season on The Bachelorette, Hayes made his first appearance on the spinoff Bachelor in Paradise. There he fell for single mom Amanda Stanton. Unfortunately, the couple did not last, and Stanton accused Hayes of infidelity.

Stanton wasn’t the only one to accuse Hayes of infidelity. According to TMZ, the reality star was caught on camera romancing Lindsie Chrisley from Chrisley Knows Best. The married daughter of Todd Chrisley accused her brother and father of purchasing a sex tape of her and Hayes for extortion, but Todd adamantly denies the accusations. Meanwhile, Hayes explained that the act was accidentally caught on camera by a puppy camera, but the situation was being dealt with.

Shortlived reality romances

Hayes’ penchant for reality television stars has been featured on numerous networks. In March 2018, Hayes was linked to Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay. In Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules, viewers witnessed a date between Hayes and Shay. Unfortunately, the romance only lasted one episode.

Shortly after Hayes and Shay dated, Hayes found love again. On MTV’s Siesta Key, Hayes dated Juliette Porter. According to US Magazine, Porter and Hayes met at the music festival Stagecoach. Sparks immediately flew but unfortunately fizzled over time.

Although Porter does not regret breaking up with Hayes, she regrets doing it on reality TV without giving him any warning. Porter explained the breakup,

“We had just gone to Greece and he got me this like adorable candle that I really wanted. And I didn’t know that he got it for me. He met me at the beach and he grabbed my favorite bottle of wine. And I was like, ‘Oh, thanks for this gift, but we’re done.’ [Robby said,] ‘Maybe you could have given me a heads up.'”

It doesn’t appear that the couple are friends, as Porter shared she muted him on Instagram following the breakup. Porter went on to date Siesta Key co-star Sam Logan. Meanwhile, Hayes appears to be single, although it might only be a matter of time before the reality star finds love on TV once again.
