‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Comings and Goings: The Ins and Outs of Forrester Creations
The Bold and the Beautiful has had several comings and goings in the past few weeks. While the cast of characters has remained relatively steady, the special guest stars have been coming in and out of Forrester Creations — and Los Angeles as a whole. Let’s take a look-see at who fans have seen pop up over the recent few weeks.
Akbar Gbaja-Biamila of ‘The Talk’ has been popping in and out of Forrester Creations
Best known for his role in the NFL, Akbar Gbaja-Biamila has been popping in and out of The Bold and the Beautiful as an executive for Forrester Creations. This is not unusual, as CBS likes to cross-promote different shows. For example, Scott Clifton and Annika Noelle appeared in an advertisement for the NFL on CBS back in September 2021. And Don Diamont, who plays “Dollar Bill,” helped Dr. Phil promote his House Calls show.
The same concept, then, is applied to Gbaja-Biamila’s appearances. Though the former Miami Dolphin is best known for his work on The Talk, he can also be seen from time to time on the hit CBS soap. And he recently told TV Insider that he loves doing “double duty” on the two shows because he’s a soap fan himself.
“I think it was all activated when I was talking about my love of soap operas when we hosted The Soap Hub Awards on The Talk last year,” he said to the outlet. “That was fantastic. There was some crossover with the actors [we had on the show] and the ones I grew up watching. I couldn’t believe I was meeting them. It was one of the things I’ll never forget!”
Shireen Crutchfield is part of a major storyline
Shireen Crutchfield is another actor who has been part of The Bold and the Beautiful comings and goings. She first appeared as a Forrester Creations model in 2018, and she came back to the canvas in December 2021. But now, she’s a part of a major storyline on the show.
Fans who have been following along with the burgeoning Carter and Paris love affair have noticed that Crutchfield, who plays Sequoyah, is currently dating Paris’s off-again boyfriend, Zende. Paris, for her part, is using this “dating” scenario as a justification for her growing feelings for Carter — one that Carter is resistant to accept.
Incidentally, fans of R&B music will recognize Crutchfield from a completely different role: as the lead singer of a band called The Good Girls, whose best-known song was “Love Is Like An Itchin’ In My Heart.”

Finally, other notable The Bold and the Beautiful comings and goings come to us courtesy of SoapHub. They’re happy to report that Alexis Gaube, best known as a model on The Price is Right (there’s another CBS crossover!) is popping into Forrester Creations, periodically, as a model for the company. Additionally, Nick Waters also has a recurring gig as the assistant manager of Sheila Carter’s hotel.
