‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Comings and Goings: ‘Shifty Justin’ is Back on the Canvas
The Bold and the Beautiful has long had a revolving door of cast members. Friends, family, and associates of the powerful Forrester family come in and out of Los Angeles every week. But now, an old favorite — a frenemy of sorts — has returned to the canvas, and he’s ready to rumble.
Aaron Spears is back on the canvas on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’
After a brief hiatus, SoapHub announced that Aaron Spears is back on the canvas on The Bold and the Beautiful. Spears will be reprising his role as Justin Barber, the right-hand man and confidante to “Dollar Bill” Spencer (Don Diamont). When last we saw “Shifty Justin,” though, he’d double-crossed his friend and longtime mentor. So, it will be interesting to see how The Bold and the Beautiful will re-introduce him to the canvas.
Soap watchers can expect to see Spears on the Sept. 22 episode of the show. The outlet teases that Ridge will be recruiting Justin for a “top secret” assignment. While there’s some suggestion that the assignment has to do with the long-rumored “Forrester war,” it’s more likely that Ridge will dispatch Justin to spy on Eric. After all, Ridge isn’t going to rest until he gets the truth about Eric’s relationship with Quinn.
Spears last made headlines for ‘stirring the pot’ in the COVID-19 vaccine debate
Even though he hasn’t been on The Bold and the Beautiful canvas, Spears has been making headlines for wading into the COVID-19 vaccine debate.
As was previously reported, Spears took to Twitter on Aug. 26 to blast the proposed “vaccine mandates.” But when confronted about his beliefs by fans of the show, Spears said he was merely “stirring the pot.”
“How do you know if I’m vaccinated or not?” he asked. “All I’m saying is, don’t force people to do bleep. Period.”
Check out Spears’ tweets about the matter below.
Other ‘B&B’ comings and goings
But there are other, less controversial The Bold and the Beautiful comings and goings to announce this week. First up, Denise Richards — who is best known, these days, for appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — is back on the canvas as Shauna Fulton. SoapHub says fans can see Richards interacting with Rena Sofer’s Quinn on the Sept. 21 episode of the show. Quinn is expected to reveal a “huge confession” to Shauna — and it’s almost inevitable that it will be about Eric and/or Carter.
Piper Harriot will continue to play “Baby Hayes” this coming week. Hayes’s mom, Steffy, will continue to work overtime to keep her family away from the evil Sheila Carter. And Henry Joseph Samiri is also back on the canvas as Douglas Forrester, who is Thomas Forrester’s son. Samiri has been playing Douglas Forrester since 2019, and this is the first time we’ve seen him on the canvas in quite a while.
