In the CBS daytime soap opera, Bill Spencer Jr. is a fictional character who cannot settle for one lady. Bill Spencer’s relationship with Katie
When Spencer made his debut in 2009, the first serious relationship he got into was with Katie. The two even got married. Katie bore a child, William. Unfortunately, this led to her suffering from postpartum depression.
