The Bold and the Beautiful‘s Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is a ruthless businessman. Bill is constantly stirring up trouble for others whether he’s in or out of the office. Bill is a prominent character in the soap opera but has been absent in recent months. However, fans feel it’s time to bring him back.

Since 2009 Bill has been a leading man on The Bold and the Beautiful. The Spencer Publications CEO knows a lot of drama both at work and in his personal life. His relationships with Katie Logan (Heather Tom), Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sent tongues wagging. When Bill isn’t facing drama in his home life, he’s helping his sons Liam and Wyatt Spencer (Scott Clifton and Darin Brooks) with their problems.
It’s been four months since Bill’s last appearance, and viewers are ready to see the businessman back onscreen. On a Reddit thread, they are calling for Bill’s return. “Give me some more Dollar Bill, please!” wrote one user. “I was just thinking that it’s about time for Bill to do something else crazy,” another commenter chimed in.
His last appearance on the soap opera
2021 was a lousy year for Bill in more ways than one. The Bold and the Beautiful businessman found himself in legal trouble when he tried to cover up Liam’s involvement in Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death. Father and son faced prison time until Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) came forward with evidence to exonerate them.
But that wasn’t the end of Bill’s problems. His marriage to Katie was on the rocks after seeing a video of him kissing her sister Brooke. Bill pleaded with Katie for another chance, but she turned him down. Realizing she couldn’t trust him, a tearful Katie told Bill their marriage was over.
Bill’s last scene with Katie aired in October 2021, and he’s been absent since then. However, a return may be coming soon.
Coming back to the show soon
The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have plenty to celebrate because Bill is returning soon. Brooks revealed that Wyatt and Bill would be back shortly in a recent interview with Bold Live. For fans, this is exciting because the show does need to focus on other characters. So what storylines await Bill upon his return?
Odds are Bill isn’t giving up on Katie and will be on a mission to win her back. However, Bill could decide to move on and find love with a newly single Brooke or another lady. Aside from his personal life, Bill might also help Liam with his father-in-law, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan).
Bill and Deacon have history, and Dollar Bill may be concerned with Deacon hanging around his grandkids. Upon learning of Deacon’s kiss with Bill, the businessman will be more determined than ever to get rid of the former convict. Yet, how far is he willing with his plan?
