Long before Steffy hooked up with Liam, she was involved with his father. In 2011, The Bold and the Beautiful began toying with Steffy and Bill’s romance. Despite their age difference, the couple, nicknamed Still, became popular with fans.
The chemistry between Steffy and Bill was undeniable in their scenes, and their relationship was controversial due to Bill being a married man. Yet, that didn’t stop the fan support from growing. In an interview with Soaps.com, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood discussed the famous couple. “Steffy is the one person who can tame him. She’s able to push him in a way that not a lot of other people can or do.”
Although Steffy and Bill’s relationship was short-lived, that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping for a reunion. As for whether Wood sees the two getting back together, the actor says, “There’s a chance that it could happen again.”

The couple’s 2011 romance was more emotional than the physical side. Although they came close, the two never consummated their relationship. Bill loves Steffy and wants to be with her. However, after Katie Logan (Heather Tom) has a heart attack, Bill decides to stay with his wife.
Steffy moves on from Bill with his son Liam, becoming another famous The Bold and the Beautiful couple. Steffy and Bill remain in each other’s orbit, and in 2017, things heat up between the former lovers. After an argument with Liam, Steffy goes to the Forrester guest house. Bill arrives to comfort Steffy, and the two sleep together.
Shortly afterward, Steffy learns she’s pregnant, and a DNA test confirms Liam’s the father. She tries to keep it a secret, but Liam finds the papers and walks out of Steffy. With Steffy and Liam separated, Bill starts scheming to win back Steffy, but she turns him down.
Steffy gives birth to Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) and begins to reunite with Liam. However, their reconciliation is cut short when she catches Liam and Hope kissing. Bill again tries to convince Steffy to marry him, but she refuses.
Could the two reunite one day?
The Bold and the Beautiful often splits and reunites couples all the time. So there’s a chance Steffy and Bill could find their way back to each other. Currently, Bill is single after failing to reconcile with Katie.
As for Steffy, she’s married to Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Although Steffy and Finn are happy, their relationship is complicated by his mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). The show is teasing a split for Steffy and Finn so that the Forrester CEO may be finding her a new man. While fans expect her to reunite with Liam, could it be Bill that she turns to?
Sinn fans will be unhappy with the creative direction; however, Still fans will be excited. As Wood explained, “it’s a soap, and nothing lasts forever.”
