‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Sneak Peek: Brooke’s Regrets are Deacon & Sheila’s Blackmail Fuel
If there’s one thing The Bold and the Beautiful has taught us, it’s that you never do something you’re going to regret later. And this is a lesson that Brooke Logan is about to find out the hard way. Last week, we saw her kissing Deacon Claus. Later, we found out that Douglas saw Granny kissing Deacon Claus. And, this week, these regrets are going to come back to bite her in the proverbial behind. You should’ve known better, Brooke!

On ‘The Bold and the Beautiful,’ Brooke hopes Deacon can keep a secret
As SoapHub revealed, this week’s The Bold and the Beautiful will feature Brooke waking up from New Year’s Eve with a head full of regrets. Look for Brooke to really think about her life choices on the Monday, January 3 episode of the show. Brooke is really hoping that her ex, Deacon, won’t go blabbing all over Los Angeles about the kiss they never should have had.
“Brooke has two options here. She can either cover up her sins and hope her secret stays buried or tell on herself, beg for forgiveness, and get herself some help. This is a defining moment sure to show what kind of person Brooke really is,” reports the outlet.
Right now, though, the biggest obstacle between Brooke and Ridge fully imploding (which all but seems inevitable at this point) is Deacon’s big mouth. And while Brooke would love nothing more than to think that Deacon can keep a secret, the evidence suggests otherwise.
But Deacon now has blackmail fuel
Soaps.com reveals that upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful will feature Brooke trying to get the demons out of her life. That includes demons named Deacon and his little buddy, Sheila Carter. Fans of the show are fully aware that Brooke and Sheila don’t exactly have a sisterly bond. What’s more, Sheila’s just chomping at the bit to get even with Brooke. So, with this bit of information, there’s nothing more that Sheila will want than to take Brooke down every way she knows how.
Look for Sheila to swing by her new bestie, Taylor’s, house on the Wednesday, January 5 episode of the show. Don’t be surprised if Sheila plants some sinister ideas about Brooke in Taylor’s head. Not that this will be hard to do in the first place, really.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in Los Angeles
There’s an interesting undercurrent with these first new The Bold and the Beautiful episodes of the new year. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the show is picking up an old storyline about Brooke’s drinking. And they’re doing it quite masterfully.
“Brooke will ultimately come clean to Ridge and Hope about boozing it up on New Year’s Eve. She won’t think it makes any sense considering she hasn’t really battled temptation up to now,” reports the outlet. “Of course, B&B fans know Sheila is the source of Brooke’s renewed desire for alcohol. The Champagne swap is to blame since it opened the door to vulnerable Brooke throwing back vodka shots, too.”
It will be interesting to see how The Bold and the Beautiful approaches the situation in upcoming episodes.
