The big cast of The Brady Bunch didn’t always get along. Susan Olsen, who played Cindy, talked about getting stuck in the middle when two co-stars argued. She also commented on their falling out years after the show ended.

Multiple cast members hooked up with each other. But there was also a rumor Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia, and Eve Plumb, who played Jan, were having an affair.
McCormick wrote in her memoir, Here’s the Story that she shared a kiss with Plumb. Plumb wasn’t happy about this.
“I was having fun, something I was joking with, and she didn’t take it that way,” McCormick told Today. She also claimed to have a crush on Robert Reed, who played her TV father, and was in love with Florence Henderson, who played her mother.
Eve Plumb and Maureen McCormick haven’t reunited in years
Radar Online claimed the cast of The Brady Bunch was going to have a reunion in 2010, but McCormick and Plumb found out they would appear together before filming and it was stopped.
“Everyone tells a slightly different story of what happened,” a mysterious source said. “But the bottom line is that they didn’t want to be on the same show and the appearance was canceled because of it.”
Years, later Olsen confirmed the two actors don’t get along. “I don’t like there to be a rift in the family,” Olsen told Fox News in 2016. “I love them both and this means whenever we get together for any project there will only be one or the other. But I do understand Eve’s point of view.”
She continued, “She got tired of Maureen gaining attention for herself by regurgitating the tiresome and false insinuations that they had a lesbian affair.” Sadly, the former co-stars haven’t talked to each other because of the fall out.

Olsen also talked to news.com.au about getting stuck in the between them. She revealed that Plumb and McCormick didn’t get along before the affair rumor.
“They do not [get along],” she said. “I think it’s kind of petty. From day one with these two I have always been in the middle and now it’s at the point where there isn’t even a desire to communicate through me.”
Olsen continued, “It’s all really petty, but if your feelings get hurt when you’re really young, some people carry it with them. Or maybe to them, moving on means moving away.”
The actor rode the line of taking sides between them. “I understand both sides of the story but I’m a little more inclined to be sympathetic to Eve,” she said.
