The Cast of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ Threaten to Expose One Another After the Finale
After the season 3 finale of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, things got heated between the roommates online. Angelina Pivarnick took to Twitter, threatening to expose Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, and Deena Cortese by sharing group texts she claims to have from the night of her wedding.
Angelina is still mad about what happened
The conclusion of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 3 was tough for some fans to watch. After Polizzi, Cortese, and Farley delivered a speech somewhere between a toast and a roast, Pivarnick’s wedding took a turn for the worse. She stormed out of her reception, demanding cameras be turned off. Despite her husband’s desire to move on after the speech and enjoy the time left in their wedding, Pivarnick refused to accept any form of apology from her roommates.
After the episode debuted, Pivarnick aired her grievances on Twitter. There’s still a divide between Pivarnick and the rest of the cast — and Pivarnick claims to have some dirt. “I wasn’t going to say anything, but do you really want me to show the world the group chat that you guys didn’t know I was in talking sh*t about me the night of my wedding?” Pivarnick tweeted. “And you wonder why I couldn’t let things go.”
Chris says they didn’t know about the speech
After the episode premiered, Pivarnick hosted an Instagram Live to share even more of her feelings. “I’m still upset after seven months because I would have never done that to their wedding,” she said teary-eyed. “I never said their intentions were bad, but I did say I was really shaken and taken aback and shocked by what they were saying because I didn’t actually believe that was happening in front of me.” According to Larangeira, they weren’t aware of the speech before it happened — their DJ let them know moments before.
‘JWoww’ has been waiting months for the episode to air
Farley says she has been waiting seven months to share her experience with fans. “I kept my mouth shut for 7 months for the integrity of the show, but now the shows over,” Farley tweeted. Fans were shocked that the roommates felt this way about Pivarnick. Much of this season demonstrated how close the group seemingly got in preparation for her wedding. Clearly, that bond is now broken.
Pivarnick claims to have spoken to her roommates since the wedding. “I texted all of them and I spoke to them,” she tweeted. “Deena and me had a nice convo. Nicole I’ve texted and we spoke Jenni I texted I wanna move past this and she wrote me a novel about how I tried to sabotage her brand.” According to Farley, MTV forced Pivarnick to send those texts. “You texted 5 months later after MTV forced you,” Farley said. “We texted 2 minutes after the speech and you watched us cry while you chose to scream at production instead of accepting our apology. It sure as f*ck was a novel. You knew about the death threats and chose to say.” She followed up with another tweet revealing a text from Pivarnick.
So far, Farley is the only one to share a portion of the text conversations between the cast after Pivarnick’s wedding. Pivarnick may or may not reveal the supposed group chat.
Are ‘JWoww’ and Angelina friends or ‘co-workers’?
The battle continued when Farley replied to a fan who claimed, “Angelina showed herself on live tv. [She] showed she’s a bully [and] embarrassed herself the things she did throughout the seasons anything. She should take a look at herself!!! People like that don’t have good friends.” Farley believes Pivarnick never viewed the roommates as friends, but “co-workers.” Pivarnick stepped in to share her side.
Pivarnick claims she wanted the roommates included in the wedding, but a former producer says otherwise. “Production [probably told Angelina] that Jenni, Deena, and Nicole would need to be in her bridal party and that they would need to make speeches at her wedding reception,” they shared on Reddit. “[Angelina] was most likely aware that the speeches were going to have a negative slant to end [season 3] on a cliffhanger. In fact, I’m sure of it.” While this producer no longer works on the series, their background gives them credibility. Currently, it’s unclear whether production made Pivarnick include the roommates in her bridal party or not.
