Veteran Amanda Garcia took a three-year break before returning for The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies, where she had a fling with Fessy Shafaat. He attempted to fix things with her during the reunion, but it apparently didn’t work as she’s seemingly giving her ex-fiance Ray Reinhardt another chance.

‘The Challenge’ star Amanda Garcia has seemingly reunited with ex-fiance

In Jan. 2022, The Challenge veteran Amanda Garcia’s ex-fiance, Ray Reinhardt, posted a picture of himself with the reality star on his Instagram story.

Although many fans considered it evidence of the two dating, others thought it was an old picture. However, he recently added her name to his Instagram bio with a heart, a popular signifier of a relationship.

Therefore, it seems as though the couple has rekindled their romance after breaking up in Sept. 2020. Around April 2021, Amanda returned to The Challenge and began a fling with two-time finalist Fessy Shafaat.

Following the season, she made it seem like she and Fessy weren’t compatible, but the two went on a vacation to Mexico in Sept. 2021. After their trip, the two went official on Instagram. However, she publicly ended things the following month once pictures surfaced of him getting cozy with someone at a bar.

She previously left her ex-fiance in Sept. 2020

It’s unclear when Amanda began dating her ex, a Denver-based barber, but their first picture posted on social media together dates to Feb. 2019.

In July of that year, around the time War of the Worlds premiered, the reality star announced she and her then-boyfriend were expecting their first child together. In Jan. 2020, one month before she gave birth to their son, Avonni Anthony, he proposed to the six-time competitor, who accepted.

She went on to call the barber “the love of her life” and congratulated him as “an amazing man and father.” However, Amanda announced their separation several months later. She revealed the couple is over due to his alleged lying, cheating, and drug habits on her Instagram story.

The Rivals 3 competitor accused her then-fiance of repeatedly going out on “binges” where he doesn’t respond to her and texting women behind her back. Wanting to get their son out of the situation, the 29-year-old explained she parted ways with him.

Amanda originally debuted on ‘Are You the One?’ Season 3

At the age of 22, the Colorado native appeared on the dating reality series Are You the One? Season 3 (2015), hoping to find love. She initially hit it off with Mike Crescenzo, but the two figured out they weren’t compatible, ultimately leading to a violent altercation that resulted in his removal.

Amanda didn’t find another strong connection in the house as she changed partners for every match-up ceremony. By the end, the group figured out everyone’s perfect match, including hers as Alec Gonzalez, but not before a blackout, leaving them $750,000 to split.

Although Amanda previously sat next to Alec during episode 4, the two didn’t pursue a relationship after the show. Shortly later, she debuted on The Challenge alongside then-rival Nelson Thomas.

Other castmates Devin Walker, Hunter Barfield, Britni Thornton, and Cheyenne Floyd have also competed on the reality competition show.
