Fans want to know who will join MTV’s The Challenge Season 38 cast, and there’s plenty of speculation to suggest that Natalie Negrotti is gunning for a spot. Negrotti got her start on Big Brother, and she was a finalist in The Challenge: Final Reckoning. She also had a good relationship with Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio on the show. They met on The Challenge: War of the Worlds, which aired on MTV in 2019. Sadly, they broke up in October 2021. Willett alluded to Devenanzio cheating on her in her Instagram Stories.
“This past week has been difficult,” she wrote, according to People. “The person I truly loved more than anything else cheated on me and I found out and I had to leave. I don’t know what else to say but I physically hurt.”
An additional source told People that Willett had a “really rough time” with the breakup. “She is heartbroken that he could do something like this to her after all the time they’ve spent together,” the source noted.
As for Devenanzio, he recently spoke out about the breakup, too. On his podcast, Death, Taxes, and Bananas, he called losing his relationship with Willett his “toughest Challenge loss,” and he mentioned he thinks about her all the time.

Now that Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio and Morgan Willett broke up, fans wonder whether he vacationed with MTV’s The Challenge cast member Natalie Negrotti. Negrotti posted a TikTok of her on vacation while holding hands with a taller man. “Everyone telling me I shouldn’t travel across the country for a man,” she captioned the TikTok.
The fan Instagram page MTV Thee Challenge also posted the video — and they noted a lot of fans believe the person in the video with Negrotti is Devenanzio. To that, Devenanzio responded, “I’d rather put a campfire out with my face.”
This seems to confirm that Devenanzio didn’t vacation with Negrotti. But some fans on Reddit recall the two had chemistry when they competed together on the MTV series.
“You could tell Johnny liked her,” a Reddit user noted. “When she came back and asked him what’s wrong, he dropped his persona when talking to her. I do think it was staged on her part, but not his.”
“Johnny definitely liked Natalie on Vendettas,” another fan noted. “You could read it on his face and he’s not that good of an actor.”

It may be a few months before loyal viewers get any inkling of who may appear on the next season.
Recently, a number of The Challenge Season 37 veterans vacationed together, though. This prompted some fans to assume they’re prepping to create an alliance next season. Tori Deal, Nany González, Aneesa Ferreira, Kaycee Clark, Fessy Shafaat, and Devin Walker were the players who vacationed and posted about it on Instagram.
