A new teaser for episode 16 shows the remaining players competing in a ‘money heist’ daily challenge
In The Challenge Season 37 Episode 15, alliances began to crumble and friendships were tested. Tori Deal was transferred out of the Emerald Cell and put on the Ruby Cell after Amanda Garcia won an elimination. Tori then attempted to sabotage Emerald Cell’s daily win, confusing her friends on that cell.
The episode 15 elimination showed Kyle Christie from the Ruby Cell going head to head with Josh Martinez on the Emerald Cell. Kyle came out on top, sending Josh home. Kyle then chose to switch into the Sapphire Cell, taking Logan Sampedro’s spot. This put Logan on the Ruby Cell ahead of episode 16.
MTV’s The Challenge official Twitter posted a sneak peek of the daily mission for episode 16. It shows host T.J. Lavin showing the remaining competitors $1 million in cash, as that’s what they’ll win if they make it to the end. The daily mission involves each cell getting assigned a vault filled with $1 million cash in it. Each cell must use two duffle bags to transfer their cash to an SUV parked far from the vault. The first cell to transfer all of their cash wins.

So, who goes home in episode 16? MTV’s The Challenge Season 37 elimination spoilers from Reddit note it’s a women’s elimination day, and rookie player Emy Alupei and Big T Fazakerley go head to head in The Lair. Emy is on the Sapphire Cell and Big T is on the Ruby Cell. This likely means the Emerald Cell wins the daily challenge.
According to the spoilers, Emy wins, sending Big T home. This marks Emy’s fourth time in The Lair, the most of any other player this season. As for Big T, she had a second chance at the game due to Ashley Mitchell’s disqualification from the game. On the previous women’s elimination day, she lost to Amanda Garcia, but production allowed her to stay in the game.
With Emy winning this elimination, it puts her in a position of power to potentially switch cells, too. But we have a feeling she’ll stay with her idol, CT Tamburello, on the Sapphire Cell.

Does Emy Alupei earn the ultimate title of The Challenge Season 37 winner? While fans would love to see a rookie make it all the way and earn the money — especially after the veteran players attempted to decimate the rookies in the beginning — it seems she doesn’t win. The Challenge Season 37 elimination spoilers note she makes it all the way to the final, but she loses to Kaycee Clark. As for the men, CT reportedly wins.
We’re sure we’ll see Emy in the future, though, as fans adore her. As for Big T, her future with the show remains uncertain. She told her fans via Instagram she’ll take some time away and not return for season 38.
“As it stands for the time being, no,” she said about returning to the show for the next season, a Reddit screenshot captured. “If I ever get the opportunity to go back on The Challenge. I would like to return at my optimum fitness level and feel extremely confident as a physical competitor. There are areas I need to improve on and it takes time to train properly.”
