The Challenge star and Teen Mom OG regular Cory Wharton announced he is expecting his second child with girlfriend Taylor Selfridge and third overall.

In March 2022, reality star Cory Wharton and his girlfriend, Taylor Selfridge of Are You the One? fame, announced they’re expecting their second child together.
Posting a family picture with their daughter Mila Mae and Cory’s oldest with AYTO and The Challenge star Cheyenne Floyd, four-year-old Ryder, the 31-year-old announced the upcoming addition.
In the caption, he explained they planned to meet the youngest member in June and expressed his excitement for parenting another child. He pointed out that his other kids have pushed him to become “a better man,” and enjoys raising his daughters. Cory also explained his love and desire to give his children everything comes from his experience of not having a father in his household.
Finally, the reality star thanked his girlfriend for being there for him and noted he’s excited to “start this adventure with you and continue to build this family up.” Several of his co-stars from The Challenge and Teen Mom congratulated the couple, including Nany Gonzaléz, Kayla Sessler, Mattie Lynn Breaux, Ed Eason, Kaycee Clark, Josh Martinez, Paulie Calafiore, Fessy Shafaat, and Kam Williams, who’s also currently expecting.

In April 2017, Cheyenne gave birth to Ryder, assuming her boyfriend at the time fathered her.
However, when the baby was diagnosed with congenital condition VLCAD, a paternity test proved Cory, who had a fling with after meeting on The Challenge, the father.
Dating Taylor Selfridge at the time, who he met while on Ex on the Beach U.S. Season 1, the reality star called it quits to focus on parenting and make up for lost time.
He and Taylor eventually found their way back to each other and announced their first child together in Oct. 2019. She revealed they were expecting twins a month later but reported losing one due to “vanishing twin syndrome.” Mila Mae was born in April 2020.

Cheyenne joined the cast of Teen Mom OG in 2018, and the cameras documented Cory and Taylor as well.
On the show, Taylor expressed concerns about welcoming her first child alone due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the two self-shot Mila’s birth as the MTV cameras weren’t allowed in the delivery room.
The network planned to air the footage in an hour-long episode, Teen Mom OG At Home: Cory & Taylor’s Baby Special. However, MTV canceled it at the last second to show solidarity to the Black community as Taylor’s racially insensitive tweets from 2012 resurfaced.
They also publicly cut ties with the AYTO star. Cory’s ex-girlfriend and reality star Alicia Wright, who he dumped for Taylor on the show, took credit for the special getting pulled, claiming she sent the network an open letter regarding Taylor’s past tweets.
