‘The Challenge’: Tori Deal Said There’s a ‘Good Chance’ She’d Join Spinoff Shows
MTV’s The Challenge Season 38 cast hasn’t officially been announced yet, but fans suspect Tori Deal will make an appearance. Tori’s a staple veteran player on the show, and she brings a ton of physicality to the game. It seems she’s also open to competing on any of The Challenge spinoff shows. Here’s what she said.
Rumors suggest Tori Deal will join MTV’s ‘The Challenge’ Season 38 cast
MTV’s The Challenge Season 38 cast has yet to be officially announced, but we’re betting Tori Deal will get a callback. Tori got her start with Are You the One? and was a finalist on The Challenge: XXX: Dirty 30, War of the Worlds 2, and Spies, Lies & Allies. She also competed in Final Reckoning, Total Madness, and Double Agents.
Nany González, another well-known veteran cast member, posted photos on Instagram on Jan. 18, 2022, showing several cast members vacationing together. The photos included Kaycee Clark, Tori Deal, Fessy Shafaat, Devin Walker, and Aneesa Ferreira.
Could this group of six be the next super alliance in season 38? Some fans think so, though Aneesa claimed they didn’t talk any show strategy.
“What a great time,” she commented. “No show talk, no bulls*** … just good energy and amazing humans. Can’t wait for the next one.”
She said there’s a ‘good chance’ she’d take part in the spinoff shows
Fans will have to wait to see if Tori Deal joins MTV’s The Challenge Season 38 cast. But it seems she’s also open to other opportunities within the franchise.
“Thoughts on the new Challenge spinoffs?” a fan asked Tori in February 2022 via Instagram, according to Reddit.
Tori responded, “I’m not a hater. I’m happy that the franchise is expanding and feel blessed to be a part of it as much as I am. If they ask me to continue to work with them, there’s a good chance I will.” She then added a prayer-hands emoji.
Variety reported in February 2022 that MTV’s The Challenge was expanding exponentially. Paramount+ plans to launch The Challenge: Argentina, The Challenge: Australia, and The Challenge: U.K. Additionally, The Challenge: CBS will launch in the summer of 2022.
Fans aren’t surprised by Tori’s response.
“She’s not going to bite the hand that feeds her,” a Reddit user commented.
Are Tori Deal and Emanuel Neagu dating? Will Emanuel join, too?
With news of all these Challenge spinoffs and fans still eager to hear about The Challenge Season 38 cast, who else will fans see again from the MTV universe? Will Emanuel Neagu join?
Emanuel was a rookie on The Challenge: Spies, Lies, and Allies, and he made it quite far. Originally from Survivor Romania, he brought style, physicality, and flirtation to the MTV series. It’s unclear if he would compete again, but we bet if given the opportunity, he would return.
So, are Tori and Emanuel still together in 2022? It’s unclear where they stand. They left the show on a high note and stated they continued to talk to each other afterward. Tori also said she visited Emanuel in Romania. Their Instagrams do not indicate that they’re dating presently, but it seems quite possible they could rekindle a romance if they competed together again.
