Will Barry regain his superspeed?

“Barry has to get his speed back at some point. I mean, the show is called The Flash,” showrunner Eric Wallace told CBR. Fans can rest easy. Barry Allen will eventually reclaim his title as the Fastest Man Alive. So, it is not a question of if he will restore his powers, but when he will restore his powers.

Barry’s speed began to fade after Season 6 Episode 14, “The Death of the Speed Force.” Without being able to draw energy from the supernatural power source, The Flash realized it would be just a matter of time before his metahuman abilities would disappear entirely.

Desperate to regain his powers, Barry enlisted the brilliant members of Team Flash to build an artificial Speed Force. Fans will have to wait until season 7 to find out exactly how things will come together.

Will Sue go down for Joseph Carver’s murder?

The Flash introduced the recurring character, Sue Dearbon, in season 6. The socialite turned jewel thief was positioned as a potential love interest for Ralph Dibney, aka Elongated Man. When we last saw Sue, she had been framed by Eva McCulloch for Joseph Carver’s death.

It may be tricky for the creative team behind The Flash to pick up Sue’s storyline. Her primary connection to Team Flash is Ralph, and the actor who portrays him, Hartley Sawyer, was dismissed from the show ahead of season 7.

It remains to be seen how the writers will craft a satisfying conclusion to Sue’s conundrum. But Wallace promised one appearance by Ralph, who will be sporting a different look, in order to help wrap things up.

Wallace told TV Line, “Now thank goodness, Ralph is a guy who can change faces and his appearance in many ways. Without giving any spoilers away, there are a couple of ways that we can have Elongated Man still appear in at least one episode this season to wrap that storyline up, that gets us what we need and still allows fans to say goodbye to the character, at least for the indefinite future.”

What consequences will Iris face after being trapped in the Mirrorverse?

‘The Flash’: Will Barry Be Able to Create the New Speed Force in Season 7?

Eva McCulloch, aka the Mirror Master, trapped Iris in the Mirrorverse during The Flash Season 6. Mrs. West Allen remained stuck inside the realm for much of the season, and while there, began to display special powers that allowed her to control her environment.

Along with the new abilities came symptoms of neural dissonance, such as headaches, skin irritation, and confusion. In a shocking finale cliffhanger, a fit of pain struck her, and she teleported to an unknown location. It will be no surprise if Iris suffers lasting neurological effects after being confined to the alternate dimension for an extended period of time.

Not to be forgotten, the Mirror Master also abducted Cicso’s ladylove Kamilla and Police Commissioner Singh. Since they spent far less time inside the Mirrorverse than Iris, it remains to be seen whether they will also experience neural dissonance symptoms.

According to what Wallace told CBR, fans won’t have to wait long to learn Iris’ fate. He teased, “You find out where Iris went and, oh boy, will there be tears. Oh my. Tears in our season premiere.”
