Miller has been in the news recently, but it hasn’t been for their acting. The Fantastic Beasts actor has had two recent arrests that took place in Hawaii. The first occurred on March 28, in Hilo, HI, when Miller was charged with disorderly conduct for yelling obscenities and harassing a woman at a karaoke bar, and lunging at a man who was playing darts, according to Forbes.

The second incident occurred in April. Miller was arrested in Kea’au for allegedly throwing a chair that struck a 26-year-old woman in the head. The actor also had a restraining order – that was later dropped – from a Hawaii couple who they were staying with. The actor allegedly threatened them and stole items from them including “a wallet and a passport.”

Miller is being accused of stealing music and posting it without permission

In a new story reported by Rolling Stone, music producer Oliver Ignatius and Philadelphia-based rapper Ghais Guevera are accusing Miller of using their music without their permission. Ignatius said he and Miller worked together in Hawaii a few weeks before their arrests. The two worked on a song that had a verse from Guevera.

After his arrests, Ignatius had some “trepidation” to continue to work with Miller. The producer then said that he played a song for Miller that he made about a female friend who was murdered by her husband. Upon listening to it, Miller had an “aggressive temper tantrum.”

“They were completely triggered by the song which totally freaked me out because basic feminism is a really hard line,” Ignatius told Rolling Stone. “If we don’t agree that violence by a man against a woman isn’t something worth speaking on, then we don’t agree on much. Ezra’s behavior throughout this exchange was atrocious, belligerent, threatening, and incredibly aggressive.”

That night, Ignatius said he “politely quit” the project. Shortly after, Miller leaked the music in its entirety and shared it to a Soundcloud playlist with the songs in their Instagram bio under the pseudonym, “Negative Ghost Rider.”

“What Ezra did was commit an … extremely unethical and hurtful act,” Ignatius said. “They stole from artists that have fewer resources than them but maybe have art that Ezra wants… The person I thought I knew was a much gentler soul than the person that we’re seeing right now. It’s been a very concerning journey.”

Both Ignatius and Guevera are speaking now because they want to receive credit for their work. While Guevera was paid for his featured verse, Ignatius said he wants to take Miller to court to get them to take the unfinished music down. Both musicians still wish Miller the best and hope they get the “mental health they clearly need.”

“I’ve seen parts of their personality that I can’t unsee now,” Ignatius explained. “I can’t go back to believing that they’re not this person that I now know them to be. I don’t want anything from them other than to be left alone and stop stealing my art and my intellectual property.”

Currently, Miller is still attached to star in The Flash as Warner Bros still remains quiet about the recent actions of one of their biggest stars. The Flash is scheduled to hit theaters on June 23, 2023.
