‘The Golden Bachelor’: Susan Noles Is Open to Dating Younger Eligible Bachelors
Susan Noles is open to dating younger men, but not too young. The former The Golden Bachelor contestant didn’t find her perfect match on the series, but she’s open to looking for love in more creative places. In a recent sitdown, Noles opened up about what she is looking for in a man and how open she is to dating a younger gentleman.
Susan Noles is willing to date younger men
Susan Noles might be open to dating younger men, but she isn’t particularly interested in dating a man who is much younger than her. Noles revealed her dating preferences during an interview with Us Weekly. While she thinks the active nature of younger men appeals, she wants to ensure she’s on the same page and season of life as her next partner. She said she would probably date men 10 to 12 years younger than her, but no younger than that. Even then, the younger man would have to bring something special to the table.
Noles, a wedding officiant, is 67, so her would-be suitors would need to be at least 55 years old. She isn’t opposed to dating men who are a bit older than her, either. While she and Gerry Turner didn’t find a love connection on The Golden Bachelor, his age wasn’t part of the problem. Turner was 72 when the series premiered.
Susan Noles says she’s hoping Joan Vassos will keep an eye out for men for her
Susan Noles isn’t against meeting men in creative ways. Several weeks back, she revealed she had been seeing a man she met at a store. While that seemingly didn’t work out, she’s not out of creative meet-cute options. Noles is not against dating her friends’ castoffs.
During her chat with Us Weekly, Noles, who was previously married to a former MLB pitcher, Revealed that she hopes her friend, Joan Vassos, will be willing to help her out in the dating department. Vassos is currently filming her season of The Golden Bachelorette. Vassos will be busy picking out her own Mr. Right this month. Still, Noles feels confident that Vassos will be open to sharing her castoffs with her former competitors. Kathy Swarts, who also appeared on The Golden Bachelor with Vassos and Noles, is hopeful, too.
Joan Vassos’ season of The Golden Bachelorette is set to premiere in September. ABC has yet to release information about the contestants who will appear in the upcoming competition. Still, most will likely fit into Noles’ preferred age range. Vassos, a widow, is 62.
