Chock Chapple has $1.8 million in real estate in Kansas and Oklahoma

The Golden Bachelorette finalist Chock Chapple appears very successful in his career. He lives in Wichita, Kansas, where he’s the president and owner of Insurance Services Group. While Joan Vassos lives in Rockville, Maryland, she might have to say goodbye to the East Coast and embrace the Midwest given Chock’s extensive real estate collection.

Currently, Chock lives in a 3,300-square-foot four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on a third of an acre of land. The home has a vaulted fireplace, a separate three-way fireplace, new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, lots of natural light, and two dining rooms. Chock made the finished basement into the perfect hangout spot, complete with a card game table. The house has a beautiful outdoor space with a wood deck and stone patio. He bought the home for $260,000, and it now has a value of $410,000.

Chock owns another property a half mile away from his current residence where his ex-wife, Heather, appears to live. He bought the 5,300-square-foot six-bedroom, four-bathroom home for $400,000. It now has an estimated value of $825,000.

Additionally, Chock has property in Oklahoma. He owns a 1,924-square-foot two-bedroom duplex that overlooks the water. The property is worth $375,000.

Housing aside, Chock also owns a Honda Seabrook yacht. The price of these boats ranges from $78,999 to $83,999.

“That was actually the first question that Gary asked me,” she told CNN. “We sat down for the first time together and he said, ‘You live in Maryland, I live in Indiana. How do you see something like this working?’ … My answer to him was — and it still is my answer — I think you almost have to live a dual life.”

Joan added that she’ll “never leave” her family, noting, “They are the most important people in the world to me.” She also said she doesn’t expect the man she chooses to leave his family behind.

“You have to be willing to … travel and be with that person and maybe spend a couple of months or a couple of weeks at a time … and then maybe, eventually, you figure out a destination that would work for you and your families or have another house where everybody gets together,” she added.
