Now, Kardashian West did say that she gets shots in her backside. Even so, it has nothing to do with changing her physical appearance. She says she needs cortisol injections to treat her psoriasis, which is when excess skin cells cause red, itchy patches on the skin. Some fans believed her, while others remained skeptical.
Fans claim the Kardashians are gaslighting them

However, one Reddit user says that the issue lies with gaslighting. They claim that the Kardashians are lying that they have not had plastic surgery or edited their photos.
The user stressed that recent images of Kylie and Khloé were highly edited and was concerned with their response to fans. Other users voiced their opinion on the subject.
“I think if they are selling a lifestyle, diarrhea drinks, waist trainers, appetite suppressing ‘candy’, [sic] skincare then yes [sic] you should disclose all the work you have gotten done. Its [sic] a lie to say I got this body by working out and using these products,” one Redditor commented.
