‘The Last Kingdom’: Arnas Fedaravicius (Sihtric) Recently Shared an Epic Image With These 2 Actors
Many fans of The Last Kingdom probably have heard by now, but the show is back in production for season 5 in Hungary. Although season 5 will be the final season of the show, fans still have one more season to go before it’s all over. Actors from the series have been sharing images of themselves with other actors lately. Arnas Fedaravicius, who plays Sihtric, recently shared an epic image with two other actors from the show.
Season 5 of ‘The Last Kingdom’ will be the final season, but it’s back in production
The popular story of Uhtred (Alexander Dreymon), son of Uhtred, is being cut short with season 5, which will be the final season. Deadline announced the news of the conclusion of the series with season 5, verifying the news with Netflix and Carnival Films.
On the exact same day, the news of season 5 being the last season was released, fans were later treated to a video shared on the official social media channels revealing that the show is in production. Dreymon, who plays Uhtred, dressed as the character made the announcement. Other fan favorites could also be seen in the video, including Fedaravicius.
The Last Kingdom is based on Bernard Cornwell’s novel series The Saxon Stories. The final season will follow books nine and 10 titled, “Warriors of the Storm” and “The Flame Bearer,” according to Radio Times. It will be 10 episodes, and fans could see it later this year or in the beginning of 2022.

Fedaravicius shared an image with two other actors from the show on June 2, 2021, on Instagram. In the photo, Timothy Innes, who plays King Edward, and Cavan Clerkin, who plays Father Pyrlig, can be seen as well. Fedaravicius wears sunglasses and a black shirt as he puts a fist in the center of the frame. Innes is by his wide with his hair back and sunglasses on while wearing a printed shirt. He holds what looks like a pair of drumsticks in the center of the image, and Fedaravicius has his hand over top of his. Clerkin is on the side of Innes, and he wears a hat and a pink shirt. His hand is in the middle as well, and seems to touch Fedaravicius’ hand. Off in the corner, the sun’s rays can be seen.
Fedaravicius tagged both of his fellow actors in the post, and he captioned it saying, “My teachers, my students, my brothers. Name this band 😬.” Over 14,000 people like the post and over 200 commented on it.
Sihtric, King Edward, and Father Pyrlig in ‘The Last Kingdom’
Fedaravicius plays Sihtric in the series. He’s the son of Kjartan (Alexandre Willaume), born out of wedlock. He becomes very good friends with Uhtred, and he’s a warrior sworn to him that always seems to be by his side.
Innes plays King Edward of Wessex, who is the son of King Alfred (David Dawson). He’s trying to find his place as King after his father, but it’s a hard situation for him.
Clerkin plays Father Pyrlig, who is Welsh and a priest who was once a warrior as well. He is loyal to Wessex, and to both Alfred and Edward.
Hopefully, we’ll see more images of our favorite cast members from The Last Kingdom now that season 5 is in production.
