‘The Masked Singer’ Spoiler: Is the Kangaroo This Popular Social Media Influencer?
America’s favorite pop-culture guessing game, The Masked Singer, is already back for its third season. After only two episodes, many fans believe they have correctly identified the Kangaroo before it’s time for them to “take it off.”
*Spoiler alert: This article reveals a potential spoiler for The Masked Singer Season 3.
Who is Jordyn Woods?
Born September 23, 1997, as the second child of entrepreneur Elizabeth Woods and television sound engineer John Woods in Oak Park, California, Jordyn Woods began modeling at the young age of six.
She signed a contract with Ford and modeled with them until the age of nine when she left the industry. The social media star returned at the age of 18 when she signed a modeling contract with agency Wilhelmina.
Her father, John, worked with Will Smith on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air; therefore, the Woods family and Smith family were close. Around 2012, Jordyn seemingly met media personality, Kylie Jenner, through Jaden Smith as the two were rumored to date around that time.
Kylie and Jordan became best friends, and the plus-sized model began appearing on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and starred in spin-off Life of Kylie, which massively boosted her social media following.
In February 2019, news broke that Tristan Thompson, then-fiance and baby daddy of Khloe Kardashian, cheated on his woman with Jordyn by kissing her at a party. Kylie chose her sister’s side, and she seemingly hasn’t spoken to her former best friend since then.
Why do fans believe Jordyn Woods is the Kangaroo on ‘The Masked Singer’
According to several loyal The Masked Singer viewers, the Kangaroo is Jordyn. For example, in her first clue package, she said she recently lost someone who held their family together.
Her father, John, passed away in January 2017 from cancer. The social media star also explained she “found herself in the spotlight for the wrong reasons,” and she wants to show her family that “bullies never win.”
In both statements, the model is referring to the drama with the Kardashian family and the bullying she endured on behalf of Khloe’s fans as well as Khloe herself as the new mother attacked her on social media for ruining her family.
In the second clue package, the Kangaroo is on the Kangaroo Kourt, which could be a reference to the famous family and how they use “K’s” in the place of other letters.
Additionally, there is makeup on the bench next to her, potentially for Kylie Cosmetics, and then she gets up and plays basketball with other players who are all wearing the number 23 on their jerseys.
The model playing the sport is a clue for NBA player Tristan Thompson, her birthday is September 23, and she has a tattoo of the roman numerals for 23, done by her older brother, in honor of Michael Jordan.
Finally, she says she “gotta be a role model for my little roo,” and she has one younger sister, a 13-year-old aspiring YouTube star, Jodie. The model also has a younger brother, but he’s over the age of 18, so she would most likely be referring to Jodie in this context.
After a performance, the Kangaroo revealed they were voted Most Likely To Appear on a List With Seal and Mike Tyson. Even though Jordyn recently had hers covered up, all three have noticeable front teeth gaps.
While all these clues seem to point to the famous social media star, others also believe the Kangaroo could be actress Tatyana Ali or singer Jordan Sparks of American Idol fame.
