The Most Dramatic Kardashian-Jenner Breakups (So Far)
If there is one thing that the Kardashian-Jenner clan knows a lot about it is drama.
It seems like this infamous family can make any ordinary moment seem dramatic. Whether they are vacationing on a beautiful island or they are just sitting at the house relaxing on a Sunday afternoon, you can be sure that if a Kardashian or Jenner is there, then there will be plenty of drama.
While their entire lives are filled with dramatic moments, nothing compares to the amount of drama that they can stir up when they break up with their special someone.
To give you a better idea of what we are talking about, here is a list of the most dramatic Kardashian-Jenner breakups so far.
1. Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner
We will start this list with the matriarch and patriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner household. Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner got married on April 21, 1991. Together, they were able to perfectly blend their families together and also have two daughters of their own. They had also built one of the most successful family empires of our time. So, what could possibly go wrong in a marriage that lasted for over two decades?
Well, for starters, Bruce Jenner no longer wanted to identify as a man. Shortly after Kris and Bruce announced their divorce, Bruce changed his name to Caitlyn and started to identify as a woman.
Having your spouse tell you that they want to transition would probably be enough to make any marriage a little rocky. However, Kris has said in the past that Caitlynn’s transition was not the main thing that ended their marriage. Instead, she said that she felt Caitlynn was not treating Kris as she felt she should be treated.
2. Kim Kardashian and Ray J
Back before anyone really knew who Kim Kardashian was, she was in a long-term relationship with hip-hop artist, Ray J. Although the end of their relationship was relatively drama-free, it was what transpired about a year later that made it worthy of our list.
After the pair had been broken up for quite a while, a sex tape of Kim K and Ray J had surfaced. To this day, no one knows for sure how the tape ended up getting leaked. We don’t know exactly what was said, but we can assume that Kim and her ex had some heated words when it was finally released by Vivid Entertainment.
Although Kim was probably mad in the beginning, the tape ended up being one of the most-watched celebrity sex tapes that have ever been sold. And it is also what ended up putting her on the map and contributed to making her the superstar that she is today.
3. Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson
Khloe Kardashian is known for her dramatic breakups, but none of them compare to the drama that ensued when she and Tristan Thompson broke up.
Throughout the couple’s entire relationship, there were rumors that Thompson had cheated on Khloé. A week before she gave birth to their daughter, True, Thompson was caught red-handed cheating with another woman.
Khloé decided to forgive him for the sake of their daughter. But before their daughter had her first birthday, Thompson had cheated on Khloé again, only this time it was with Khloé’s little sister’s BFF.
That was the final straw for Khloé and she quickly kicked Thompson to the curb.
What made this particular breakup so dramatic is that Thompson refused to go away quietly. When he was invited to True’s first birthday, he tried to cause a scene with Kanye West. Also, Khloé claims that the NBA star has tried to get back with her on multiple occasions.
4. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick
Kourtney and Scott Disick had an on-again, off-again relationship for the better part of a decade. The pair have three kids together and even though they have had their ups and downs, this is the one relationship that fans had really hoped would work out.
Unfortunately, after watching Disick battle alcohol addiction for several years, the eldest Kardashian sister made the decision to break things off for good after Disick was caught partying with several girls on a few different occasions.
Is there more relationship drama to come?
The most recent relationship drama came from Kylie Jenner and her ex, Travis Scott. Earlier this month, the youngest Jenner sister announced that she and her boyfriend of two years were taking a break from their relationship.
Scott has reportedly already moved out of the couple’s California home, but the two say that they are committed to having a good co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughter, Stormi.
Being that all of the Kardashian-Jenner siblings (except for Kim) are single right now, so we can only assume that there will be a lot more relationship drama to come as the ladies continue their quests to find Mr. Right.
