Here’s Where You Can Find ‘The Pioneer Woman’ Ree Drummond’s Boots
If you follow The Pioneer Woman star Ree Drummond on social media and watch her show, you’ve likely noticed her unique style. One question many fans have is about Drummond’s boots. Where does the Food Network star get her cowboy boots? Here’s what Showbiz Cheat Sheet learned about Ree Drummond’s stylish footwear.
Ree Drummond didn’t get her first pair of cowboy boots until she married Ladd
Considering the “accidental country girl” didn’t grow up on a ranch, it’s not surprising she didn’t have cowboy boots until she was an adult. On The Pioneer Woman blog, Drummond confessed she never owned a pair of cowboy boots until she married her husband, Ladd Drummond. Once she decided to get boots, she told her readers it was hard to select the perfect pair:
Cowboy boots, in case you don’t know, are DIFFICULT. Between finding the kind of toe you like, to finding a pair that’s comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to wear them, choosing the perfect pair of cowboy boots can rival rocket science in terms of level of difficulty. And I had to kiss a lot of frogs before I found my pair.
This is where Ree Drummond gets her boots
So, where does Drummond get her stylish boots? The Pioneer Woman star says her favorite pair of cowboy boots are made by a company called Lucchese. “I pronounce it ‘Loo-kay-see,’ but some people say ‘Loo-chess,’” said Drummond in her blog post. She told her fans she was immediately drawn to a pair of light brown boots she purchased from the retailer.
One thing Drummond notes is that boots from this company tend to be on the pricey side. As of this writing, the most expensive boots on their website are $3,995. The least expensive Lucchese boot is $295. Other brands purchased by Drummond include Frye and Junk Gypsy boots by Lane.
Ree Drummond also likes “blousy” tops
Another fashion favorite of Drummond’s is what she calls “blousy” tops. The Food Network star prefers to wear loose, colorful tops so she can hide her tummy, according to one of her Instagram posts. She referred to her mid-section as being in a state of “calamity and chaos.” Here’s what she said about her famous tops:
In other news, I have been eating low carb for a couple of months, but there’s still plenty of calamity and chaos going on under my blousy top, which is why I have an undying loyalty to blousy tops. And this is my favorite color of red. It’s like a cherry and a watermelon had a baby. Thank you for listening.
