‘The View’s’ Meghan McCain Praises the ‘RHOA’ Reunion and Fans React in Support
Meghan McCain from The View is a die-hard Housewives fan. The conservative television personality was glued, like the rest of us, watching The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12 reunion. After the first part was complete, McCain took to Twitter to air out her opinion and she praised the peaches. Her fans quickly swarmed in to support her claim and celebrate the women of RHOA.
Although there was initial hesitation from fans around a virtual reunion, the RHOA ladies dispelled any doubts with their performance in the first episode. The group of women delivered in a big way and McCain noticed.
“This RHOA reunion is insane,” the Republican pundit tweeted. “Well done keeping the fire via Zoom for the reunion ladies.”
McCain, who is an Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills super fan, shared a GIF of Porsha Williams along with her comment.
Fans support Meghan McCain in ‘RHOA’ observation
It wasn’t long before McCain’s fans replied to her tweet about the Bravo reality series. Most comments were in support of RHOA.
“These ladies are the most underrated franchise,” a fan tweeted.
“OK!” a viewer added. “They made me like Zoom now.”
“These girls earned those Bravo checks tonight,” a Twitter user noted.
“Agreed,” another fan said. “I’m loving it and can’t believe it’s only part one.”
“Porsha did good with that social distancing read to Eva,” another viewer mentioned.
Meghan McCain is a Bravo connoisseur
On April 22, McCain made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live and as a super fan, Andy Cohen had to find out what she was thinking. In a game called “Candid with McCain,” the Bravo host asked McCain about the latest drama on all the shows.
RHOBH has two new additions this season, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke, and McCain has a clear preference.
“Garcelle, I don’t like Sutton at all,” McCain said of which housewife gave her the best first impression. “I don’t like Sutton at all, I’m sorry, I think she’s mean and I love Garcelle. I have strong opinions and I am not feeling Sutton, I’m sorry.”
Cohen then asked for her opinion on Lisa Rinna getting judgy about Erika Jayne having had worked as an exotic dancer.
“I have friends who are exotic dancers,” McCain replied. “I actually did a book where I shadowed a strip club called Sapphire in Las Vegas. They are some of the smartest, most hard-working women… that sh** is hard. It is hard and I could never do it. I just feel like, don’t know until you see what those women have to do.”
Beauvais revealed on the show that she sent an e-mail to her ex-husband’s colleagues when she found out she cheated on her. McCain said that she would probably do that if her husband was not faithful to her too.
Cohen also asked McCain to rate how surprised she was of the moment it was revealed that Teresa Giudice enabled Danielle Staub to pull Margaret Josephs hair on RHONJ.
“Like a 3, not surprised at all,” McCain rated the moment. “I loved it, I loved every second of it.”
