Martha Stewart has no love for Gwyneth Paltrow
The Food Network host seems to make fun of everyone all the time. But one particular target of her disdain is A-list actor and Goop brand founder Gwyneth Paltrow. In 2013, Stewart mocked the brand and called it a total ripoff, saying she herself “started this whole category of lifestyle.”
Further, Stewart concluded that Paltrow, “needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart.”
Her mockery of Chelsea Handler’s ‘thirst trap’ pool photo is legendary
Stewart’s comebacks extend beyond words. The media mogul turned a few heads when she posted a photo of herself dripping wet and emerging from a pool in a sexy looking shot on Instagram. But perhaps the funniest part of all is Stewart staged the shot to mimic — and mock — comedian Chelsea Handler, who posted the exact same photo in all seriousness.
Everyone on social media got a good laugh out of the “thirst trap” photo while simultaneously being impressed with how fit Stewart is at the age of 78. The former model may have posted the photo in jest, but it got a favorable reaction all the same.
It’s worth pointing out that Stewart has served time in prison, which may be how she developed such thick skin and a biting sense of humor.
