Meanwhile, This Is Us fans need to make sure to adjust to the new schedule on May 25. NBC confirmed the season 5 finale will receive a new time slot at 10 p.m. ET. The new episode will also end at 11 p.m. ET.

Meanwhile, it seems the last episode of This Is Us Season 5 will leave fans on another major cliffhanger. In an interview with Extra, Milo Ventimiglia, who plays Jack Pearson, teased the upcoming finale.
“There will be tears shed,” Ventimiglia said. “But I think it’s going to be more of an ‘Uhhh, oh they didn’t!’ I think… it’s going to be one of the big shocker moments, like, ‘Oh, wow did they do that?’”
‘This Is Us’ Season 6 is coming out in 2022
While the This Is Us Season 5 finale will end on a cliffhanger, fans can still look forward to the sixth season. That said, NBC confirmed This Is Us Season 6 will be the show’s final run, and the show won’t air until 2022.
“This Is Us will be airing midseason for the first time in its remarkable run,” NBCUniversal’s chairman of entertainment networks, Frances Berwick, said, per Deadline. “We know that saying goodbye to the Pearsons is going to be hard enough. So what we wanted to do is honor the fans and get them as close to an uninterrupted run as we could, which is only possible in midseason.”
Whatever happens to the Pearsons in the This Is Us Season 5 finale, there are still plenty of stories left in season 6. So get ready. This one’s going to be an emotional ride.
