‘This Is Us’ Season 6: Randall Actor Sterling K. Brown Knows Who Kevin Ends Up With
NBC’s This Is Us Season 6 Episode 13 shows everything that occurs at Kate and Phillip’s wedding. The episode focused on Kate, of course, as well as the rest of the Pearson family and Rebecca’s progressive Alzheimer’s disease. But a funny mystery surrounding Kevin Pearson was also pushed to the forefront. Now, Randall Pearson actor Sterling K. Brown says he knows which woman Kevin ends up with.

Kevin Pearson appeared to have a mystery woman in his hotel room the night before Kate Pearson’s wedding
Kevin’s various romances came to light in This Is Us Season 6 Episode 13. Sophie, his ex-wife, was at Kate’s wedding. Cassidy, his former friend with benefits, also attended. And Kevin also seemed to have eyes on the wedding singer, Arielle. Madison and Beth play secret agents to figure out who Kevin had in his hotel room the night before the wedding, as they spotted women’s clothing strewn about the room.
So, who was the mystery woman who spent time with Kevin the night before the wedding? “What I can say is they are all potential suitors,” episode 13 writer Jon Dorsey told Entertainment Weekly. “Obviously, fans will understand why in terms of Sophie and Cassidy — and hopefully, they’ll understand why Arielle is a potential suitor who could be perfect for Kevin as well [once] they’ve watched these two episodes …. I would say: With This Is Us, always expect the unexpected.”

While fans will have to wait for answers regarding Kevin after This Is Us Season 6 Episode 13, Randall Pearson actor Sterling K. Brown took to Instagram to talk about the wedding episode.
Before mentioning Kevin, Brown gave a serious shoutout to Mandy Moore for her performance as Rebecca. He told his followers that Moore deserves an Emmy for her incredible portrayal of the woman dealing with Alzheimer’s disease. “The beautifully subtle nuanced work and the portrayal of someone going through what her character’s going through … it’s just exquisite, man,” he noted.
“And I also want to say to that dude who plays Kevin Pearson, the homey. Oh, J. Hart. He’s been exceptional this whole season. And I don’t know who he’s going to end up with, you guys!” Brown said with a wink, indicating he was kidding. “I do know who he’s going to end up with,” he whispered. “But you guys don’t. And I would never ruin that for anybody. And I’m kind of like Madison and Beth, like, look at you cats. What’s gonna happen over there?”
The ‘This Is Us’ Season 6 Episode 14 promo shows more of Kevin’s relationships with the 3 women
All will be revealed in This Is Us Season 6 Episode 14. The promo focuses completely on Kevin, and the episode is titled “The Night Before the Wedding.”
“Failing at dating is sort of a pattern these days,” Kevin tells Sophie at the beginning of the promo. “I think I’m just done with love.”
The following scenes show Kevin connecting with Arielle at the wedding bar. He also assists Cassidy with unzipping her dress in a hotel room. Most notably, it looks like he spends even more time with Sophie.
“You’re probably exhausted,” Kevin tells Sophie. “We should probably get back, right?”
“No, I think I just got a second wind,” Sophie answers with a smile.
Are Kevin and Sophie getting back together after all this time? We’ll have to wait and find out.
