Timothée Chalamet Dodged a Direct Question About Kylie Jenner
Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have been a couple for well over a year. They’ve attended red carpet events together, and she recently supported him at the Golden Globes. Just a few days before the Globes, the couple attended the 36th Annual Palm Springs International Film Society Film Awards. There, Chalamet dodged a direct question about Jenner.

While Chalamet often walks red carpets alone, Jenner joins him once he gets into events. A reporter asked him how it felt to have her by his side at one ceremony.
“You have a lot of supporters in here,” an Entertainment Tonight reporter said. “I know you brought your partner-in-crime, Kylie, here too. What’s it like to have her supporting you on a night like this?”
Chalamet deftly dodged the question, answering without even mentioning Jenner’s name. Instead, he spoke about how it felt to be in a room full of his friends and peers.
“It’s a great feeling to be in a room with so much love and so many great peers and people that are fantastic,” Chalamet responded. “I like seeing the new way and the new generation here and I also like seeing everyone that’s been holding it down for decades-plus and probably people we haven’t even met yet.”

In April of 2023, a source close to Jenner said that while she saw Chalamet every week, their relationship was not yet serious. They said she liked him but was still getting to know him.
“She is getting to know him,” they told People. “Kylie is having fun. After years of back and forth with Travis [Scott], she just wants to date without any pressure.”
In September of that year, photographers captured the pair kissing at a Beyoncé concert. This confirmed months of rumors about their relationship.
“They have been seeing each other for six months now. He makes Kylie happy. He has his own life and understands that Kylie needs to prioritize her kids,” a source said, adding, “He is charming, very loving and protective of Kylie. She likes that he is a private guy.”
Neither has said much about their relationship in the period they’ve been together.

While Chalamet was attending the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, he dated Lourdes Leon, Madonna’s daughter. The relationship was reportedly brief, though they remained friends afterward.
“I respect him a lot, we were a little item,” she told Vanity Fair in 2021. “My first boyfriend.”
Chalamet also dated Lily-Rose Depp after meeting on the set of The King. Their relationship became viral fodder when photos surfaced of the pair kissing on a boat.
After they split in 2020, Chalamet spent time in Mexico with actor Eiza González. This relationship did not last long.
