‘Too Hot to Handle’: Rhonda Says the Cast Has a Group Chat That Francesca and Haley Aren’t In
The Too Hot to Handle cast are bonded for life. They were on an absolutely wild reality TV show together, and they actually did a lot of growing. But it seems some cast members are closer than others post-filming.
Rhonda Paul is not friends with Francesca Farago after ‘Too Hot to Handle’
In an interview that Rhonda Paul did with The Domenick Nati Show on May 1, she spoke about how she feels about her fellow contestant Francesca Farago (who happened to lose the group the most money).
“Francesca’s like the sister that you argue with that you don’t get along with but, at the end of the day, she’s still family so you just kind of deal with her. That’s basically the best way to sum her up and our relationship,” she said.
Rhonda said in the interview that she hasn’t hung out with Francesca “at all” since filming Too Hot to Handle and that she keeps in touch with her and Haley Cureton very little. Rhonda does keep in touch with the rest of the cast, though. They’re all in a group chat together.
“I keep in contact with almost everybody but Francesca and maybe Haley. I don’t really check on them much. But everybody else, we have a little group message where we chat from time to time, check on each other, just keep each other updated,” she said.
Rhonda also said that she feels Francesca and Harry Jowsey are going to run into some relationship trouble.
“To be honest, I just feel like their difficulty is gonna come from maybe Harry being too much of a sweetheart, like a little puppy dog, and then Francesca being more of that dominant ‘I want things my way’ type,’” she said.
Rhonda said, during filming, there were things she thinks Harry would have never done were it not for Francesca’s influence.
“There were just things that had happened that, during the show, I was just like, ‘You know, Harry probably wouldn’t have done this if it wasn’t for [Francesca].’ You know what I mean? Their whole back and forth on the show. It was a little iffy for everybody at the time so that’s the only reason I feel like they would have the most issues only because of what she did on the show,” she said.
Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey want to ‘get married and have kids’ after ‘Too Hot to Handle’
As Too Hot to Handle fans saw in the show’s video-conference-style reunion (due to the coronavirus pandemic), Harry and Francesca plan on getting married.
“I love him so much. It’s actually crazy to think about, because the circumstances that we met are unlike any other. I think we are going to be connected for life,” Francesca told Entertainment Tonight on April 23. “It’s hard being away from him because he is in Los Angeles and I am in Vancouver. But once this quarantine is over, we are going to move in together and it’s going to be amazing and magical. We are going to get married and have kids!”
As for Haley, she seems to be living her best life after Too Hot to Handle, too. She doesn’t seem to be heartbroken over the fact that she’s not in the cast group chat.
