Travis Kelce can’t attend many of Taylor Swift’s shows on “The Eras Tour.” While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end loves supporting his girlfriend and seeing her on stage when possible, he has football season to attend to as the summer comes to a close. However, Kelce still loves making Swift feel special.
A source close to the NFL player told The U.S. Sun that Kelce sent 51 boxes of The Million Roses Deluxe bouquets to Swift, the same number of scheduled shows she played in Europe. Each box of roses contains 60-70 roses and costs $616, so Kelce spent $31,416 in total. The company notes that the roses can last up to three years when properly cared for.
“They love numbers,” the source said. “They pay attention to ones that mean something to them both.”
Kelce gave Swift a note to go with the incredible gift. “Making history, congratulations, legend,” he wrote, referencing how “The Eras Tour” is the first tour in history to make over $1 billion. “Enjoy tonight as if it was the first concert ever. It will be another unbelievable show!”
The source added that Kelce “can’t wait” to see Swift, and he loves seeing her happy in London despite the chaos in Vienna. “He also is pleased to see her having such a great time in London and enjoying those concerts after a rough week with the Austrian situation,” the insider said.
Travis Kelce showered Taylor Swift with eternity roses in the past
Taylor Swift absolutely loves red roses — and Travis Kelce knows this. “Flowers are a passion for her, something that she loves so much, feels very comfortable surrounded by, and that Travis loves to gift her,” the insider told The U.S. Sun after Kelce’s incredible gift to Swift in August 2024. “Her last concert in Europe was a great occasion to have her smiling and covered with some of her favorite flowers, red roses.”
This isn’t the first time Kelce has gifted Swift beautiful red roses. When Swift won her fourth Grammy Award for Album of the Year, The U.S. Sun reported that he sent her 300 roses, costing nearly $1,700.
That same month in 2024, he bought her 250 eternity roses for Valentine’s Day, which could last an entire year. Hours after he sent the first shipment, he sent her another 250 eternity roses in pink. He also sent her a $3,100 rose sculpture from Perigold to complete the floral package.
The couple stays in ‘constant communication’ despite spending time apart, a source says
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are spending ample time apart. She completed “The Eras Tour” dates in London from Aug. 19-20, and she returns to the U.S. for her shows in Miami from Oct. 18-20. She stays in the U.S. until heading to Canada for her December shows. As for Kelce, he’s prepping for the upcoming NFL season.
A source said the lovebirds are in “constant communication” while they can’t physically be with each other. “Taylor and Travis always prioritize each other even when they are physically apart,” an insider told Entertainment Tonight. “They are still in constant communication, texting and FaceTiming each other.”
“Travis sends Taylor flowers and loves to shower her with surprise gifts and tokens of gratitude,” the source continued. “Their connection is unlike anything that they’ve ever experienced before.”
