A source told The U.S. Sun that Kelce arranged a romantic Italian dinner for Swift. Two New York chefs traveled to Kansas City to cook up the meal that allegedly cost $30,000.
“Travis wanted to create a special birthday dinner for Taylor that would remind them of their great times in Italy and their love for the country,” the source alleged.
The meal included caviar, white alba truffles, and expensive wines. One bag of the truffles reportedly cost Kelce $3,600, and two bottles of the rare 2000 Chateau Margaux wine cost $2,100, with another bottle of Cristal Rose reportedly costing $2,950. Kelce also purchased a 1990 Tenuta San Guido bottle for $1,669 and a bottle of Dom Pérignon for $2,498. In true Kelce fashion, he also bought a 1989 bottle of Tenuta San Guido for $2,370 to celebrate Swift’s birth year. As for the caviar, Kelce spent $1,256 on 125 grams.
Swift’s birthday dinner wouldn’t be complete without cake. Kelce splurged on a custom $1,000 cake of Swiss and French chocolates.
“The wines were fantastic,” the source added. “Everything contributed to a fantastic night, and they had a super time together wine tasting, being themselves, and celebrating Taylor’s birthday.”
The couple reportedly looked at a$7.4 million property in Northern Italy
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift reportedly love Italy. In May 2024, a source told The U.S. Sun that the couple was spotted looking to buy a home together in Lake Como in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy.
According to the source, Swift and Kelce “fell in love with the beauty and atmosphere” of Lake Como, with Kelce particularly “mesmerized” by the area. “I have rarely seen him like this,” the insider continued.
Kelce and Swift were reportedly looking at a $3.2 million property, a $1.7 million property, and a pricey $7.4 million property. The source added that Italy served as a “peaceful” and “romantic” getaway for the couple.
“They like to do simple things, to relax, to spend days being by themselves and chill at home, so that location would be a perfect nest for them if one of them decides to buy a property there,” they said.

In addition to a fantastic $30,000 birthday dinner, Travis Kelce allegedly spent around $175,000 on gifts for Taylor Swift. Additionally, he gifted Swift 35 boxes of roses, spending nearly $20,000 on bouquets.
“Thirty-five years old is a very important birthday, and he wanted to make things really special for this special occasion,” yet another source told The U.S. Sun. “Many luxury items, and the bouquets, one for each year.”
As 2024 winds down, the couple’s fans eagerly await updates on what 2025 looks like. Fans hope an engagement is on the horizon. It seems more than likely that Kelce will continue to gift Swift expensive presents and many bouquets to come.
