Reporters asked Kelce during opening night in New Orleans on Feb. 3, 2025, whether he plans on proposing to Swift after the Super Bowl. “Wouldn’t you like to know?” he answered with a smile, according to E! News. It looks like fans will have to wait and see whether he has a public proposal in store.

Aside from the engagement question, Kelce said he intends to “match” the “energy” that Swift brings to her shows.

“I better hold up my end of the bargain, right?” he told reporters. “She’s up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure.”
