Before Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce was never known for his fashion sense. However, the power couple often looks amazing when in public together. While Swift has always had a strong sense of what to wear, Kelce now appears to be “investing” in high-end “accessories” to look more stylish.
“Travis has definitely been taking a bigger interest in fashion since he started dating Swift, but even more so now that they’ve entered the post-honeymoon, ‘serious’ relationship phase,” PureWow Fashion Editor Abby Hepworth told the publication. Hepworth added that Kelce “knows” that Swift enjoys dressing up, so he’s “meeting her where she’s at” with”his own twist.”
“He’s investing in accessories that are more elevated, and that come from more interesting designers/brands, but that still feel true to who he is,” the editor continued.
Kelce’s strong fashion sense shows he’s “investing more in own appearance.” This, in turn, makes Swift “look cooler and more elevated,” Hepworth continued. “By meeting her where she’s at in terms of fashion know-how he’s helping the two of them, as a team, look and feel more united.”
Kelce’s stylist, Danielle Salzedo, head of strategy at A&A Management Group, told Us Weekly that Kelce “has a clear vision for his personal aesthetic.”
“I know what he likes, and I find him options with brands we know are his vibe — while also looking for new ones yet to be discovered,” she continued. Salzedo said Kelce enjoys “mixing prints in unexpected ways,” allowing him to stand out when with Swift.

Travis Kelce has money to burn and no issue spending top dollar on high-quality fashion pieces. While speaking to The Wall Street Journal, he explained how he’s an “impulse shopper.” He spends hours choosing an outfit to wear to the locker room before a game with the Kansas City Chiefs. Kelce even has a closet made from a converted bedroom.
While Kelce puts a lot of thought into his looks, he knows the public often criticizes him.
“Obviously, not every look is for everybody,” Kelce said. “I’m not going to be offended if somebody says I look like a clown if I got a fun hat on and some wacky jeans. It is what it is, I’m gonna have fun with it. For the most part, I do it to put a smile on somebody’s face.”

“He strives to match her level of fashion perfection and is not afraid to let her pick out an outfit for him to wear on a night out on the town,” the source explained. They added that Kelce often allows Swift to “take the lead” on what they wear.
“Travis is a very macho bro, but he enjoys being a muse for her,” the insider added. “Because of her, he has gotten into fashion because he knows how into it she is.”
