’90 Day Fiancé: Deavan Clegg Has a New Man Spending Time With Her Son Amid Breakup With Jihoon
Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee’s relationship is getting ugly. At the beginning of this season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Clegg was getting ready to move her life to Korea to be with Lee for good. Now, the two have split and Clegg already has a new man hanging out with her and Lee’s son Taeyang.
What happened between Deavan and Jihoon?
There were a few big problems in Lee and Clegg’s relationship. The main issue was that Lee continuously lied to Clegg and told her what he thought she wanted to hear. He lied to her before she even got to Korea and told her that he had a good job and would be able to take care of her, Taeyang, and her daughter Drascilla if she came to Korea.
Eventually, Lee had to come clean about his real job and the fact that he didn’t save much money while they were apart because he didn’t take the relationship seriously.
In addition to lying, Lee also showed signs that he wasn’t ready to be responsible for two small children. In one of the most dramatic scenes of the season, Lee let Drascilla run out into the street, which made Clegg worry about his ability to be a good parent.
Deavan and Jihoon’s breakup
Normally, fans have to wait until the tell-all special to find out whether couples are still together or not, but Lee revealed his split from Clegg on Instagram live.
“So I can’t tell everything because the show [is] not finished,” he said.
“They will be happy and I need to be happy,” he said of Clegg and the kids. “Just, I will live my own life. If you lost [a] lover, boy [or] girl. So sad, but you can start again.”
Clegg is now in America but according to Lee, she promised to bring Taeyang back every summer.
“We are living our own life, that’s our future,” he continued. “So just keep watching. Just keep [supporting] [me] getting [a] better life and please pray for Deavan and Taeyang, [for] their family life.”
Who is the new man with Taeyang?
Since news of the breakup has been circulating, Clegg has already moved on. She is reportedly dating actor Topher Park.
“He knows everything,” a source told The Dipp. “He wants nothing to do with the show. [He] doesn’t care for it.”
Clegg recently posted a series of photos of Taeyang, and one of the images showed the baby in matching shirts with a man who was definitely not Lee. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the man in the photo had the same tattoo on his arm as Park.
This photo comes just a few days after Clegg blasted Lee on Instagram for not caring about Taeyang.
“I hate how everyone thinks I’m taking you away from a certain someone,” she wrote in a now-edited caption under a picture of the baby. “When in reality I tried my best, yet that certain someone hasn’t called, texted, or asked about you in weeks. And the little money they gave to you, they asked for back. People are attacking us for a man who attacked us. But the truth always comes out. Seeing someone play victim and pretend and lie…I’m sick of the lies.”
