Tomorrow X Together are set to release an EP called minisode 2: Thursday’s Child on May 9. Leading up to the EP’s release, the K-pop group is dropping multiple teasers for MOA. On April 19 at midnight KST, Big Hit Music shared a concept teaser for TXT‘s EP minisode 2: Thursday’s Child.

There is a teaser video for TXT’s upcoming EP

minisode 2: Thursday’s Child will be Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai‘s fourth EP. On April 18 at 11 a.m. EDT and April 19 at midnight KST, Big Hit Music shared a concept teaser video for the mini-album.

The teaser clip opens with a single rose lit on fire. Midway through the 13-second clip, the phrase “D-20” appears, referencing the EP’s release date of May 9.

Throughout the concept teaser, the lighting darkens as the rose burns until the background is completely black. The teaser clip ends with the logo for minisode 2: Thursday’s Child.

TXT will release multiple teasers for ‘minisode 2: Thursday’s Child’

On April 14 at 11 a.m. EDT and April 15 at midnight KST, Big Hit Music shared the official comeback schedule for minisode 2: Thursday’s Child.

From April 14 until April 23, there will be a “Spoiler Week” for the EP. Following the “Spoiler Week,” there will be a series of concept photos released on social media.

“MESS” concept photos will drop on April 23 at midnight KST, “END” concept photos will be released on April 25 at midnight KST, and “HATE” concept photos will drop on April 27 at midnight KST.

On May 1 at midnight KST, the official tracklist for minisode 2: Thursday’s Child will be shared online. An album preview of the songs on minisode 2: Thursday’s Child will be released at midnight KST on May 2.

Music video teasers for the lead single on minisode 2: Thursday’s Child will be released at midnight KST on May 6, May 7, and May 8.

TXT’s new EP will be released on May 9 at 6 p.m. KST along with the official music video for the lead single.

‘minisode 2: Thursday’s Child’ is the K-pop group’s fourth EP

TXT debuted in March 2019 with an EP titled The Dream Chapter: Star. This started the K-pop group’s The Dream Chapter series.

After The Dream Chapter: Star, the band released a full-length album called The Dream Chapter: Magic. The quintet concluded The Dream Chapter era with an EP titled The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY.

After The Dream Chapter series, TXT released a standalone EP in October 2020 called minisode1 : Blue Hour. In 2021, TXT released a full-length album called The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE and a repackage album called The Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE as part of The Chaos Chapter series.

According to a press release, minisode1 : Blue Hour was TXT’s “first pitstop episode” that “expressed the Gen Z sentiment to present-time experiences,” and the band will “now continue their story with minisode 2: Thursday’s Child.”
