‘Vanderpump Rules’ Cast Breaks Silence on Randall Emmett and Lala Kent Cheating Rumors
Lala Kent and Randall Emmett have been making headlines a lot recently. First, rumors circulated that the film producer had cheated on the Vanderpump Rules star, and then the breakup rumors followed shortly after. Neither Kent nor Emmett have confirmed or denied these stories. Now, some of the Vanderpump Rules cast members are giving their opinions on the whole ordeal.
What does the ‘Vanderpump Rules’ cast have to say about Lala Kent and Randall Emmett?
The cast of Vanderpump Rules is always involved in one another’s drama. So, when Ariana Madix appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Oc. 26, she was asked about the Kent and Emmett situation.
“I don’t want to speak for her too much,” Madix said but she did note that it has been a “crazy” time for Kent.
James Kennedy also spoke about the rumored split on WWHL.
“It’s perfect timing, isn’t it?” he said. “Tonight’s more about me and Raquel [Leviss] and all we are talking about so far is Lala,” he said after his engagement episode aired. “I’m just, like, it’s perfect. She’s got a book signing tomorrow in L.A., right?”
Kennedy said that he wasn’t sure if the relationship was over for good so he didn’t know how to behave around Emmett.
“We have a pickleball tournament with Randall in La Quinta, [California]. She canceled that,” the DJ said. “Well, her participation is canceled, but now what do I do? Do I go play pickleball with Randall? I’ve got myself in a pickle here.”
Rumors of a breakup
Rumors of the breakup started when Kent posted a video to her Instagram Story that showed her assistants pushing her luggage and baby carriage down a hallway as Beyoncé’s song “Sorry” played. “Sorry” is infamously about a woman being cheated on and moving on. Coincidentally, Emmett had been seen at a hotel with two women days before Kent’s video.
“Randall always lives a double life,” an unnamed source told Page Six. “He lives the life of a husband or boyfriend, and then he lives the life of a serial partier and then goes on a bender.”
Lala Kent and Randall still doing podcast together
Kent and Emmett’s lives are intertwined in a number of ways. Not only do they have their daughter, Ocean together, but they also co-host a podcast, Give Them Lala…with Randall, as well. Kent did this week’s episode solo, but said that was due to technical difficulties.
“Hello, gorgeous. Welcome to the ‘Give Them Lala’ podcast,” she said. “We had an intro, and there was some technical difficulties, and once we sent them over to our producer, the file was nowhere to be heard. So here’s the alternative. I’m literally sitting in [daughter] Ocean’s nursery giving you guys this intro.”
During the podcast, she encouraged her listeners to ask her questions about her life.
“I always love hearing from you guys, answering whatever questions you have,” she said. “It just makes me feel like we’re in a more intimate setting. The whole reason I started this podcast was so that we all could feel this connection and bond and we could get closer to each other.”
However, she did not address the one thing that everyone is wondering about, which is whether she and her fiancé are really through.
