‘Vanderpump Rules’: Kristen Doute Says Scheana Shay Is a Better Kisser Than Craig Conover From ‘Southern Charm’
Now that Kristen Doute from Vanderpump Rules confirmed she’s had a romantic connection with Craig Conover from Southern Charm, how does she rate his kissing?
During her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Doute played a Clubhouse original game called “Dating With Doute.” She was asked to share which Bravoleb she’d consider dating. It was slim pickings as Doute said “no” to a number of eligible Bravo bachelors including Carl Radke from Summer House and Shep Rose from Southern Charm.
But when asked if she’s ever actually hooked up with someone from Southern Charm, Doute coyly said she “maybe” got cozy with Craig Conover. Later on the WWHL After Show, Doute revealed she and Conover kissed, but then she rating his kissing skills against Scheana Shay from Vanderpump Rules. Apparently, Conover was no match for Shay’s mad lip-work.
Doute has kissed both Conover and Shay
A viewer asked Doute to rate Conover’s kissing skills. At first, Doute played innocent. “Who said I got with Craig,” she said laughing. But Cohen asserted that it appeared as though the two had at least kissed.
At that point, Doute decided to come clean. “We have kissed,” she admitted. “He’s a great kisser.” While Cohen seemed satisfied with her answer, she still needed to add a rating. Thankfully, Doute compared Conover’s kiss to another cast member instead of using a simple rating scale.
“Not as good as Scheana, but pretty damn near close,” she continued. The irony wasn’t lost on Cohen after new cast member, Brett Caprioni asserted that Shay was a bad kisser during the first episode of the season. “Oh that’s so funny,” Cohen observed as Doute reiterated that Shay was a great kisser. At first, Cohen thought it was Max Boyens who said Shay was not a good kisser. But Doute said it was Caprioni, “They’re confusing I know,” she added.

Doute doubled down on her assertion about Shay. “Scheana is a wonderful kisser,” she told Cohen. “I made out with her plenty of times.” News of the makeout might be surprising for other casts. But for this amorous group, the Shay-Doute makeout revelation is really par for the course.
In addition to the obvious couples, many cast members have had some romantic moments even though they were just friends. Currently, a portrait of Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz hangs at their restaurant TomTom of the guys in a lip lock. Also, the women have shared passionate kisses on a number of occasions.
Last season, Shay joked with Bravo about being offended that Lala Kent didn’t make out with her. During a trip to Mexico, Kent got “blackout wasted” and went from zero to 100, Shay said. “Making out with everyone except me,” she said, laughing. “I was the only one who didn’t get action on that trip. I’m like, ‘I’m the single one here!'” During the same trip, the entire group gets incredibly drunk after learning that TomTom is a huge hit. Later that night Ariana Madix admits to kissing Stassi Schroeder and Doute.
